6Bought a clothing item from here and when I wanted to return it, I was told that they only do store credit. Which would’ve been great to know BEFORE hand. Suggestion for the future- please let your customers know about your return policy when they’re checking out because NB is a very heavy tourist town and not everyone can do store credit because they live out of town. Had I known the return policy, I probably would’ve passed on the purchase.
I love shopping here! They always have the cutest styles for every season! There’s a quick turnaround on clothes so there’s constantly new outfits to pick from! Cute boutique and friendly staff!
Every time I need an outfit for an event I am able to quickly find the perfect fit at River Rose! Their prices are great and staff is helpful! Such a cute shop!
MEG IS AMAZING! The whole staff here is AWESOME! The food is tremendous, the inside noise isn’t loud and the live music outside adds to the ambiance.
I usually find something lovely here. Today I was turned off by young staff gossiping about the other local boutiques and expressing that they don't even shop in New Braunfels. I quit shopping, turned and left. Usually a fan, but this definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.
People are very friendly and they have great looking clothes the best clothing store I found yet.
