Riverchase Apartments, Coppell TX

I was a resident of this complex for 7 months, and I do not recommend it to anyone based on my experience. Starting with the leasing staff, they do not take good care of their clients, nor do they provide solutions to the damage to the apartment, already living there, the bathtubs The bathroom is covered, the air conditioning units do not cool, Blanca Orta, one of her employees, is disrespectful and poorly educated, as well as incompetent in her duties, I had to move because of that poor service and they make up any excuse not to return you.your deposit, I delivered my apartment in better condition than I received it and they still did not return my deposit!

Have been locked out of the gate for days. Made numerous calls to ask for code and they don't pick up during working hours. Garbage is never picked up on time. Repairs are hit or miss.

I love the layout of my apartment. Trying to get things fixed is like pulling teeth, dumpsters are OVERFULL, the office staff strait~up lie to us= the brochure the have that new residents get says "luxury immensities"~ 2 sparkling pools (lie can't use them 4 years in row now), fitness center (lie can't use it), sauna (lie can't use it)! Last time I checked the laundry room on property wasn't working either so I gave up & bought my own. I don't trust or believe anything these people say as truth or factual!

Sister in law apt out for 4-5 days no AC when temps very high in the summer. Slow to make repairs. For your own sake, DON'T rent here.

Evicting an 86 year old woman Who has no place to go, They refuse to renew her lease for no reason she has always paid rent on time or early and has never had a check returned! She's very quiet It doesn't cause any problems, she's 86 years old! They are kicking her out!

I lived at Riverchase for 4 years, the first 6 months to year were fine. After that it went downhill extremely fast. Took weeks to get anything fixed, the staff was forever changing and didn't seem to want to help. Had animals living in the walls for years and nothing was ever done. Out of the four years of living there I never got to use the community gym or swimming pool, there was always something wrong. Diamond the assistant manager may be the worst people I ever encountered. She was never any help, I put in my 60 days notice and never received any communication back. I went to the office and she would have people lie and say she wasn't there even though I seen her walk into the office. The only bright side about the whole tragedy was Blanca. She did my walk thru 4 years ago and did my walk thru when I moved out. If the staff worked as hard and cared about the people living there as much as she did then it would have been a blast to stay there. I highly recommend moving Blanca into a higher position within Riverchase. Sorry for the rant but this is 4 year of pain. Don't ever move here! RUN!

This complex is by far the worst on everything the people in the office are rude and nasty! My mother works over nights so I stay at her apartment to take the dog out and make sure no one breaks in beings the front door opens with the blow of the wind! The maintenance does nothing her dish washer has been flooding the kitchen for 7 months now and they haven't fixed it yet it is full of mold they do not care! I they up the rent but yet both pools have been shut down for 3 years they don't fix anything that's broken! Better off living in the in a tent then this complex! Worst ever

These apartments are ran by unprofessional people. I understand now why they are so cheap to move into. It's trash all over the ground animals running around. Go into the office check it out for yourself *RUDE* people running this place. Property manger name is Alex Alvarado he doesnt care about the residents only cares about rent money. The ladies that work in the office are all rude and they dress like they are on their way to bed. They dont fix repairs due to budget lost. This property keeps changing managers and staff members because no one will stay. DONT MOVE HERE! You will regret it. VERY HIGH TURNOVER IN MANGERS/STAFF/AND RESIDENTS AND THE ROACHES ARE VERY BAD

Welcome to Raccoon Chase Apartment… I regret to say that my experience at Riverchase Apartment has been nothing short of disappointing. The pools have remained closed for an extended period, and despite numerous complaints from residents, there seems to be no urgency in addressing this issue. It is deeply frustrating to pay for amenities that are not available.

Adding insult to injury, the complex has become a breeding ground for raccoons. These critters roam freely throughout the premises, often rummaging through trash cans and creating an unsightly mess. Their presence poses a potential threat to residents' safety and well-being. It is disheartening to witness the deterioration of living conditions due to the management's negligence in dealing with such issues.

Furthermore, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property have reached unacceptable levels. The once well-kept areas have transformed into neglected and dirty spaces. Trash bins are overflowing, common areas are littered, and the landscaping is overgrown and unkempt. When I first moved in, everything was fine.there were a few issues (peeping tom) had to get the police involved and THEN they finally gave me a security lock on my front door, no longer curbside pickup for trash even though we pay for the service (all dumpsters are near the back of the complex) raccoons, the security gates haven't worked in a couple of years and the pool? Nasty! ECT.
Coppell is a nice area so you would think the apartment complex would be taken care of.nope it has gone downhill even in the year and a half that I've been here. I found mold in my laundry room, and I immediately called the office and they said they would put a work order in to take care of it. STILL hasn't been taken care of! There was a major leak in my building a month ago and that's probably where the mold is growing from. Unacceptable!

I am a current tenant here since 2020.things have improved a little bit since new management has taken over
Although the follow thru with maintenance is still lacking desperately.

I have lived on this property for almost 2 years now, and I would just like to say thank you to Bianca at the leasing office for always being direct with me and always helping get my maintenance issues resolved in a timely manner!
