Christy was patient with us and answered all our questions as we search for a new home. She was extremely helpful as we worked through the process, knows her homes in in-depth detail, and always responded in a timely manner. Our experience was not stressful because of how Christy helped us manage through the selection of home and process of purchasing.

Not only was the sales team of great quality, so are the homes. Ask about the insulation! Coming from a family with firefighters, the type of insulation is important and knowing about that extra layer of safety eases the mind. Highly recommend.

We bought our Riverside home a year and a half ago. We chose Riverside because they provide standard features in their homes that far exceed the competition. We had minor issues that needed fixed during our warranty period, and every time we submitted a repair request, they made it right without any hassle. We love our home and appreciate the quality work and customer service. We would definitely buy another Riverside home if we are ever in the market for another one.

Always very responsive, providing regular release of inventory across DFW, and a fairly approachable product for first-time homeowners with the quality and space of a second home.
