I LOVE RIVERSIDE, I might be biased but that's okay. I've been an employee of RVS Since 2012 I have had the pleasure of working here when we were a 5-star CMS rated facility, and I've seen it at its lowest. I can say that since the new owners have taken over in OCT 2022 things have taken a drastic turn for the better. We have a dedicated Team of employees who are actively working hard every single day to improve the lives of your loved ones and we are honored to be given the opportunity to care for them.we will always have areas to improve, so I'd like to say thank you to everyone for all the reviews that have been posted this gives us the opportunity to see you concerns and make those necessary changes to improvements our facility.

Love the staff and I adore and love the rehab team especially Candice Calvert she knows what the heck she's doing.love how she explains things right to the point.

Come meet the new Riverside! Under new ownership, management, and they brought the fun! Our therapy department has grown from 5 to nearly 20! Come tour and see the Riverside pride on the smiling faces of our staff and residents:). I personally think our therapy department is top notch. We host large and small groups, activities for just about any interest, and a special activity for each holiday with food and prizes! Music now fills the dining room and is a place for residents to socialize between meals. I’ve worked in the therapy department for 5 years and I can tell you this is the most fun we have ever had!

I just want to say thank you to all the staff at Riverside Nursing for helping me get back to life. The facility and the staff at Riverside are awesome! Continue to keep helping others on their journey.

This is an awful facility to place your loved one. Physical therapist Brian is one of the few and rare employees that care for the patients. The nurses sit at nurse’s station talking and being on their phones and the CNAs walk right by the patient’s room with call lights on or look in room and don’t acknowledge patients needs. Trevor Martin who is the administrator does not take action on the concerns by patients or family members. He also does not follow through with communication after several messages have been left. I’m sure if his family member was in a bed there he wouldn’t appreciate or tolerate the care being given. Please think twice before having your loved one placed at Riverside Nursing and Rehab!

This place is a joke. They barely have any actual employees that work here. Probably because they pay less than most fast food places, they use "agency" or temporary workers so they can explain away the poor care by saying that the people won't be back and are replaced with new Temps the next day who are just as bad. Thus making them not liable for the poor or lack of care being given to residents. Sometimes you wait for hours for assistance only for then to come in to reset call light and say I'll be right back leaving you waiting for even longer. There are a couple good CNA'S here like Karen and Maria, hats off to those two. Do not let anyone you know or love come here. Funny how the only good reviews given about this place are from people that have never been admitted here or have had loved ones here. Any actual first hand accounts review much differently. There should be a zero option, that would be more accurate. I currently have covid that I got while as a resident here and today I've waited for several hours just for someone to come assist me. They isolate people who have it but don't assign any staff to work on the hall they put me in. Today is the 3rd day within the last week where I was forgotten when it came to getting a meal served to me. I also asked every time to speak with management about these things and nobody has come to talk to me yet. And if Trevor doesn't like you for any reason especially like putting? Up this review, (that he insisted i "consider" removing without discussing any issues in the review) he uses his vindictive ways to get you out, especially if you are of sound mind.

This place is very sad to know that these nurses Mrs Grace the other nice that how they have neglected my mother left her call light on for two hours are more then when they left in feces for over an hour or more and it's sad how they have done my mother I can only imagine who else they have mistreated up here at Riverside rehabilitation at 6801 East Riverside I was on the phone with a practitioner Sarah McBride the doctor gave them verbal orders and she went against the doctor's order and done what she wanted to do and still had the audacity to throw the bag at me at my mother's medication because I told my mother needed her medication I pray and hope that they be held accountable for their actions due to what they have done to my mother and elected her mistreated her I will be taking this suit a lot further than what it is right now and got proof to back up everything that I'm sayingmy mother has not had a shower sense she been there not to mention one of the nurse was fired do to her telling the truth about what happened to my mother also agent lady that was also was told on yesterday if she contto help my mother she would be ask to leave I'm also contact fox seven news I don't like doing stuff like this at all but to see how they neglect my mother had her so upset and crying that really hurted me I pray that things hopefully get better here at Riverside no one should have to deal with nothing like this they did not give me my mother paper work that I ask for they never answer the phone when you call those that did help my mother I appreciate they service not everyone is bad just a few bad apple that you have to pluck out to get to the good not to mention Mrs Grace actually told me that in my face that my mother was not a priority she had other residents that was a priority they other nurse deny me telling her about my mother was left without oxygen all night which could of killed my mother I also reported to Mrs Tina as well she went to go see about my mother I like Mrs Tina Mrs Flores was the nurse that they fired I'm praying that good nurses continue to what's right that's the only thing to do is do your best iv talk to Mrs Lynn the Don she seem like she care I know it's hard on her trying to do what's right when you got staff that don't wants to do they job

They paid these people to put 5 stars, they definitely were not residents. And if they were it shows how they're nice and welcoming if you have THE RIGHT INSURANCE. I will post more with pictures when I have more time.

Wow! What a great place to work! I have really been impressed with the staff and new management! Such a blessing for such a great place! The residents deserve the best, and the new company has definitely brought the best!

The new management is taking this place to another level. Staff and management always receptive and courteous. I love that the residents are always actively engaged in different activities too.

When visiting this facility staff are very welcoming. Residents looked very happy and maintained. The facility looked very clean and kept up. Would recommend for care of loved ones.

Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation is an amazing facility! The building and grounds are very well kept. When you walk in the door the staff is quick to greet you and very accommodating and hospitable! This clinical staff is great with the residents and are very caring and compassionate!

Riverside! This place is BEAUTIFUL! The staff is so loving and engaged. The new owners have taken this building and shown it love, compassion and given it structure. I would proudly bring my loved one here! Bobby the Administrator is such a breath of fresh air! He really cares and makes the culture AMAZING!
