There is a reason why all the new reviews are from people looking into living here and not actual tenants. This place is the absolute worst. The management when we first moved in was superb, but after switching multiple times, it just isn’t working anymore.

Don’t bother calling for pest control— it will take them several weeks to get someone out to your apartment (a service you pay for).

They’ve become very strict on trash (another service we pay for). I got a warning for leaving my empty trash can outside— no big deal, i try to abide by the rules as much as possible. Trash does not pick up on Friday & Saturday, yet the property has ONE dumpster in the very back to support all the units on those days, with 2 kids and solo-parenting weekly while my husband is on work trips, it makes it impossible to take out my trash.

We have a $20 “package” charge every month yet I don’t believe it is actually utilized.

I have a neighbor who smokes weed and it infiltrates our vents into our apartment where I have two young boys.

And the final straw, was my car being towed when parking is not enforced. They don’t have stickers or pay attention to who parks where. As long as you don’t pay for your parking, they do not care; everyone parks wherever they want. The towing company only picked up my vehicle with both of my kids car seats in it. Yet other vehicles received warnings on their cars for flat tires, etc.

I’ve lived here since May of 2022, even resigned our lease and not once have seen ONE vehicle towed. There is always a warning or a text sent out. If parking is going to be enforced; which I am not against, at all— in fact, i am FOR it.then enforce it all around. As a matter of fact, when i left to pick up my vehicle there was another car parked where I was parked at.

Amber made the move SO easy and the community has been nothing but welcoming.very private, quiet and clean.the staff is attentive and takes care of all concerns in a very timely manner!

Frequent Smoke Alarm Malfunctions:
Malfunctioning smoke alarms disrupt residents' sleep every six months, forcing sudden evacuations in the middle of the night until the alarms cease their incessant blaring. This recurring issue is a significant safety concern.

Unjustified Package Fee:
The complex imposes a $20 package fee, seemingly without providing any tangible services or benefits in return.

Frequent Fridge Breakdowns:
The provided refrigerator at Riverside Villas has experienced multiple malfunctions, preventing me from consistently storing fresh food. This ongoing issue not only disrupts daily life but also leads to increased expenses on dining out, negatively impacting both my health and budget.

Recently visted Riverside Villas for a tour by Dominique Love and really was impressed with her politeness and fantastic customer service. She provided five star service, Thank you Dominique! And Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.

Riverside Villas is a beautiful peaceful property. The young lady that assisted me, Dominique, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and upbeat. The whole experience left a great impression overall!

Major roach problem, painted cabinets are peeling. They charge for trash pick and it never get picked up. I don’t recommend these apartments I’m bug issue is horrible and

This place has an amazing view, such a beautiful property really! Dominique is wonderful on giving tour to customers and provides great services.

From the time we first walked through the door, Dominique's warm welcome made us feel comfortable and at home. She is professional and patient, spending much time with us and matching us up to the perfect apartment. We love the location, and the entire property is well maintained and very clean. We can't wait to move in next week!

Came with me and my husband to check out the property which was very clean environment and was welcomed gracefully at the door by Ms. Dominique who was very nice and helped with all the questions I had. Definitely would recommend these apartments well earned 5 stars.

Took a tour of the property with Dominique. She was very kind and knowledgeable about the complex and its amenities. Riverside Villas is a beautiful property and look forward to moving in! I lived at these apartments while we were waiting for my house to be built. The front office were always so welcoming and were on top of everything. When it came to maintenance, they were AMAZING. They made sure they property was always maintained and if we needed something fix, it was fixed that same day or before 24 hours. Thank you Riverside Villas for making the transition to our forever home easy.
