Outstanding facility! Clean, responsive employees, nice equipment, well maintained. I was visiting from out of town and Mark went above and beyond to help me out. Well beyond your average laundromat!

Great staff, the place is clean, but many of the washers have sharp edges, as if someone used them to clean masonry tools or a dozen hammers! So check the inside of that washer, make sure it doesn't shred your clothes!

Wash and fold service was not good and too pricey, compared to one on Guadalupe. When I got my clothes they were completely wrinkled. I returned and asked them to rewash them and hang my shirts, please. The guy leered at me then charged me full price for the rewash. Very unfriendly young man. When I got my shirts back, they were sloppily hung, none of them were buttoned and they all fell off the hangers. Won't be back! I drive to Guadalupe now where there friendlier and want my money.

Every time I go come here the machines will take your money and not work. This time I loaded and paid, it then told me to press start then it said door won’t lock so I moved it to another machine paid and started my cloths. I brought the problem to the attention of the attendant but she claims I didn’t pay and that I didn’t have enough money on my card, so I asked her how then I was able to move my clothes to another machine and it worked. She refused to give me my money back but 10 minutes later came and put a out of order sign on it. This place is a scam and very dishonest

Good vibes here. I live close enough to drive home during the wash cycle and the huge dryer takes 15-20 min tops. Prices are great and its clean. I usually go Saturday or Sunday mornings and it takes just over an hour.

I only give a 5 star for the young man that work's there he is so nice and he is very helpful also he knows how to clean very good, but the other lady's that work's there they are so RUDE! The lady that work in the morning she always on her phone and she doesn't clean for nothing, and the new lady she cleans but she is mean to customers and not very helpful at all, I advice people to go only the day's that the young man that work's there because he gives better and great customer service and more.

Clean but requires you to use a card that you then have to buy.gor 75 cents.unless you plan on coming back you lose money. They offer no other option of payment.

Half the machines are out of order. The washing card purchase machine does not work. Machines did not clean my clothes very well.

This place was dirty and in a bad part of town. Also their washers cost more the other places and the dryers aren't free as advertised. You get inside and they cost money as well. Not to mention you can't use your own card or money you have to buy one of their carda and supposing you don't use it all you can't get a refund forcing you to go back to them or lose your money even if you didn't them in the first place.

I got here a little after 9PM on a Sunday and still got my clothes washed. I was very surprised that they were open this late.

Pretty great as far as laundromats go. They have a Kyle location I've been to before that was really nice so I decided to try it out here. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of, the machines are easy to use, and my favorite is that they do laundry cards so you don't have to fiddle with cash. Crazy Fruits next door has some really good treats to grab while you wait! A lot of the machines are down though right now so be cognizant of coming during busy times.

They discriminate against service animals and all the machines are always dirty. The lady that takes care of here is rude and yells at customers horrible customer service and the machines take forever to read or tale your money and don't work

Great as usual. I'm there every week. Great dryers. 8 min tops to dry a full load. I'm ok With that!
