Riverwalk Apartments, College Station TX

We came here and agreed on a downstairs apartment and when we get the lease it's a upstairs. We're being charged for a broken washer and dryer that don't work. The a/c is going out and no make ready was done in this place. Just put me carpet and call it done.and you would think they could maintain a smaller property like this but evidently not. I've confided in them to fix this 3 times and they haven't done anything. I'm gonna have to take legal action if nothing is done.
