David did a great job checking on me during my procedure and letting me know what was happening.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this office! The dentists and staff are wonderfully patient and thorough with every procedure. Abi, the office manager, is very responsive and helpful with all of my questions. My emails get answered in a timely manner and she has researched and resolved any issues I have concerning insurance. I highly recommend this site.

We just moved into the area and honestly, I was just looking for any dental office that takes my insurance. I didn't check any reviews and had no expectations going in.

It turned out they're amazing. My first experience was in the waiting room and they have a side room quartered off where kids were playing and watching learning cartoons. I really liked that. The staff was friendly and the tech was up to date. They seem very punctual and interested in making sure you don't have to wait. The dentist and her staff were all knowledgeable and friendly, and do a lot to put you at ease.

I've been back a few times now. Periodontal cleaning, old crown replaced, a new one put in, et cetera. My wife and both of my kids also have their own schedules and check-ups here. My wife is normally terrified of the dentist, but they have such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that it's hard to be tense here.

I can't recommend this place enough.

Always a simple check up/cleaning in and out in an hour.
Sometimes they have to reschedule your appointment, but they’re always diligent on communicating your appointment and will make up for it.

David was fantastic! Very thorough and professional. Entire staff was kind and professional.

First visit was very disappointing. Went in for a regular teeth cleaning but was told that I needed a deep cleaning instead. I was unable to get any kind of cleaning because they insisted their hygienist deemed I needed a deep cleaning. They did make sure to get all kind of x-rays, which were covered and paid by my dental insurance. Needless to say, the hefty $603 bill for deep cleaning isn’t.

David was incredibly sympathetic and compassionate. Every one was kind really, got me a treatment plan and helped with my pain. Can't say I've had a better or more thorough appointment before.

My husband and I went there ONE time and told me I needed like $1,700 in repairs. I asked for a breakdown and they fought me on providing the breakdown. Then took the bill to a friend who is a hygienist in Utah and she said 1/2 the stuff on there was stuff covered in a normal filling so they were billing twice and just straight MADE UP (like bonder for a filling, which is already part of a normal
Filling).

I then had them fix one filling I was pretty sure I needed and they billed for 2 and told me “oh he did 2. It was in between your teeth so it was on both…”

I went back to my childhood dentist (Dr. Sattem) and she looked at the bill and then did my exam and said the other work they were suggesting was 100% unnecessary and/or stuff that is part of a normal cleaning. She also said the one I had them fix was a spot that had been there for years but hadn’t grown and didn’t need to be done at all, and in fact, was NOT on both teeth.

The story is similar for my husband. We paid (combined) almost $600 AFTER INSURANCE and then got a call a few months later saying we hadn’t paid. I provided the receipts I got at checkout and they said their system captured the card info but never processed and it was going to be my responsibility to go back through statements and find proof I had paid or I was going to be billed again. I did just that and provided it. They then said that wasn’t the entire bill and gave us another $200+ bill. I called (which is a call center and they’re useless) and was told I had to go in to pay, so I did.

I paid the bill in office and was then contacted several more months later and told that I had a balance. Same thing again “we don’t have the payment, you need to come in and pay it or prove you paid. ” This time, I couldn’t find that it processed so I went BACK in and paid it.

This was all in the Spring of 2020. Fast forward to December 2023, I have had zero communication with them since fall of 2020. This week, I got a call from a collections agency that said we were sent to collections from this office for a past-due bill from March of 2020.

I’m so beyond DONE with this office, their sneaky, deceiving, and lying ways and will make sure I never let anyone I know go here.

Hey David took care of me very well and doctor rao took care of my teeth very gently and even removed plastic brackets in my teeth from wearing Invisalign’s and I’ve been wanting them off for a long time and she got them off for free so I really appreciated it

They were great, David was informational and broke down the work that I needed step by step!

I like the personality of the office they were very nice and patient with me. They also made sure that they spoke to you upon leaving the office!

I’ve been very happy with Riverwalk Dental, David was very kind! Dr. Mayur has always been straightforward, reassuring and compassionate.

Both my kids were taken in on a timely manner with no problems. Received credits for payments not covered by insurance, and my kid did not express any complaints from having had a cavity filled.

David was great with listening to my issues with my tooth. He also took care of my cleaning.

This office pressures you for a 5 star. The doctor isn't terrible, however the office staff does shady stuff that is essentially removing funds from the account with no appointments to justify charges. You're required to pre-pay your full appointments and they will not give you back your overages. We have been dealing with attempting to get our money back for over 2 weeks.
