Rizos Wash Laundromat reviews
15Open 24hrs, pretty clean, a lot of machines and not to mention all the other services available outside of the laundry. Great place to get your laundry done at any time
Drunk guy walking around cussing people. No security like web site said but was decent to wash clothes at
Equipment is dated and very over priced, half the dryers don't work and the ones that do take 4 pay cycles (40 min) if you are lucky. All the mag stripe readers are garbage so most time is spent repeatedly swiping the card.one of the night ladies closes the washer doors constantly and they therfore smell like mold/mildew. Aside from the gum in all the dryers, it is always clean and a comfortable temp. It just cost me $35 to do laundry for a single male.
This place use to be different, now it's just not worthy of washing machines hardly work not enough carts and the neighborhood people or so rude stay away, time to move laundromat.
Rizo's daily 7 am-9 am "50% off" discount ended abruptly the moment I loaded and prepared to pay $4.25 (half-price) for an industrial-size washing machine that normally costs $8.50 per wash. But it abruptly reverted (early) to $8.50 at exactly 8: 46 am yesterday, Saturday, September 2,2023.
Classy, Rizo's.
You guys must NEED that money more than me, I guess.
The place is very clean, is really big, they have a lot of machines, hace vending machines thats really nice…
the only thing is that the Lady from the morning have a really bad attitude, she has no manners, NO costumer service @ all, i have friends that stop going there cause here nasty service & start going to FOX, if you wanna come & do your laundry avoid going in the AM the name of this “Lady” is Polonia or Tonia, her service SUCKS big time…
Hey Max the manager guy that you least the laundromat to claims he's the new owner he was so rude today talking to customers who have been there many many times and spent a lot of money accusing him of lying for the nominal fee of $3 considering how how much is so hard to maintain and keep good customers nowadays I just thought I'd let you know he's the new owner Max not
It was a great experience from start to finish. The lady who was working the early morning shift was very nice and helpful. Just a heads up at 7a.m. The prices on some washers are lowered so much it makes 7a.m. Worth while.
Incredibly clean and safe place in the middle of the night, there was even security there. CADH ONLY
Been going here for years, open 24 hours and if you go between 7am-9am every day its half priced washers which is AMAZING and staff security is awesome
Always clean and the employees are always cleaning even when it's clean. The atmosphere is pleasant.
It's not a very safe place, I went to make a delivery, go to the bathroom because the cleaning lady from the laundry room came to take me out of the bathroom, yelling at me, and hitting the door, she's rude, it was only for customers and then what was it, if there is something My shipments are always in that place, as they see you, they play you, I do not recommend it.
Very clean and with many machines to wash and dry clothes. Only the prices are high compared to similar laundromats in the same area.
An older lady with glasses was very rude to my mother because my 13-year-old nephew went to the women's bathroom and she told us to go to the men's bathroom and he was alone and she acted very angry.
Very bad laundry, the lady who works there didn't let me enter the bathroom because she had barely cleaned it and she had to dry herself and I told her to give me the password to the bathroom door so I could come back later and she didn't want to give me anything. The woman who works there is an evil-speaking and rude. I don't plan to go back to that laundry ever again
