Road Ranger truck Stop, Encinal TX

I'm not sure how this place can consider themselves a truckstop diesel islands are open 24/7 but God forbid you have to go inside to use the bathroom or if you're hungry or something dont even try after 10 p.m. They're closed. But yet the sign on the door says temporarily closed for cleaning sorry for the inconvenience but this on the list not to visit ever again. Thank god loves is across the street.

Place gets worse Everytime I stop here that's atleast twice a week, churches chicken closes down constantly for no reason, the store is either out of big fountain cups or lids vice versa, now they're going to shut down for 24 hrs to get more people in here, I'll never stop here again

The stalls in the bathroom need to be cleaned everyday not just a wipe down of the sink area. Use cleanser and a brush. Use disinfectant especially on the door handles and faucets.

Do not buy any coffee and use the cups here. I got a cup of coffee the cup completely disintegrated and I have coffee all over inside my truck. All over my papers, floor every where. Take all the cups you have and throw them away and get new ones. Horrible!

The Best Employees with great Customer Service (Sara & Armando). They are always with that smile and working hard at all time to take care of customers.

This place is very dirty looks like they never clean it. Staff is super rude asked if they could put more straws out and ketchup for the hotdogs he ignored us and when handing my husband back our change he looked the other way and dropped the money on my food and they didn't have any more out they barely had any food out for it being a 24/7 truck stop this is pathetic. It smells horribly inside the place.

Nice peaceful convenient store. Easy and fast check out. They had everything one might need when on the road.

We always stop here on our way back home, clean place, food ok and they sell a little of everyrhing

Ladies room was absolutely filthy! Ever stall had toilet paper on the floor and trash cans were over flowing.

Overall clean, I didn’t spend too much time in store though. Knocked off a star for the pump not reading my card and ultimately made me drive to a different pump (same place)

Very poor customer service, no one has a clue on what to do. Took 10 minutes to buy a drink and a bag of chips.

Nasty bathrooms. You can tell they don't clean this place up. Built up crud on the floor. And always long lines for register. Needs more employee's.

The store was OK, and the truck lot is nice. The churches, however, is absolutely horrible. They were out of everything. Only sides were fries, only original chicken and chicken strips. Only had honey mustard for sauces, the fountain had only coke, diet coke, and sprite, everything g else was out. The trashes were overflowing, tables were dirty, floor had food and trash all over it. It was just gross.

As I said, the store portion was fine. No complaints.

Free wifi, foods not bad but about 1$ more than stripes flying j, pilot, loves ect. But portion sizes are pretty good. Lot was clean.
Kitchen closes at 6pm, heat lamp untill toss out time.

Not a bad place. It's a truck stop.has food that's not too bad. Also has a Cinnabon and a church's chicken.

Every time i stop here i get horrible service i guess to get service here you must be Mexican sad vut its what i experienced and i come here because of my job
