Friendly but utterly incompetent.
I'm waiting on a 500 pound delivery. I have to take a day off work due to the 6-8 hr service window. I have guys on standby because I can't move that thing by myself. Driver no calls, no shows. Hour plus hold times when you call in. And I could go on and on and on and. Just read through the other 1 star reviews. They're spot on.

Worst shipping company I ever have, the cargo is not fit to the garage, and Just leave it in front of garage.

Awful delivery communication. 2 Appointments set. No Showed. Not once, but twice. Despite all the communication avenues we have there was No communication either time as one might expect when they have to either delay or cancel an appointment, just a no show.

It was pour out rain and thunderstorms driver and RR -offices don't want help us small businesses out making us getting the forklift to get our pallet, we asked to help us out to pull by the garage door to drop it from our gate and we will help pull it inside and they still don't want to do it and charge us for the fee. Even don't want to wait a bit for the rain to slow down a bit and than get the forklift but they wanted us to charge to reschedule it and charge it for us. Feel like this company taking advantage of business and long time doing business like us to make more money.

The cheapest on Echoship, and certainly the worst in real world. Cheap for a reason. No thanks. Hire thieves. Be careful.

Terrible Experience, we shipped our pallets and they arrived destroyed and also manipulated and with missing cases. I filed a claim and they didnt accepted it eventhough the evidence. It is a nightmare, don´t work with them if you dont want that your shipping is being destroyed and robbed.
