I realized that my mom's will was outdated and over 10 years old. After several hours of research I decided to narrow my list to a few different attorneys and interviewed each of them.

Lucinda Cigarroa has been a great resource to our family throughout my Father's estate probate and trust administration. She has been reliable in meeting deadlines, timely in providing responses to our many questions and concerns and patient when we required clarification. She was also professional in all aspects of representing the estate.

The Kyle Robbins team were GREAT to work with. I used them for probate for my Mom and Step-Father. I was worried ahead of time that they would try to nickel and dime me to drive up the cost of their services, but they did exactly the opposite. For example, when dealing creditors they pointed out when it would cost more for them to contact the creditor to negotiate a reduction in the bill versus just paying the small amount of the bill. They also used their lower cost paralegal staff to do work when possible to again keep the cost to a minimum. They were VERY professional and always responded quickly to any question I had. I highly recommend them!
