Appreciate the patience the doctor and his staff had with me. As I was so anxious about having surgery. It hasn't happened yet but I'm certain and very confident everything will work out well.

Its 2023 and I am picking my health plan for 2024. I am about to have a coronary infaction right now if My Dr Robert Castillo is not covered under my Humana plan for next year! I will have to change my health plan!

I just love Dr Robert Castillo! Always a good experience! Never a long wait. The best staff. When you can go to the Doctor with pain and come out relieved without meds I'd say that's a great doctor. Excelent staff as well!

When choosing health insurance my number one inclusion must be Dr Castillo! I have been with this practice for a few years now and with a few breaks that taught me a lesson to never depart. They are the best.

The office is most beautifully decorated with a peaceful zen feeling. Much appreciated. He is also great to look at! Lol Thank you for your great professional service and awesome staff.

Dr. Castillo is super cool and the staff is nice as well. The care I received for my broken toenail was good. The first visit, doc diagnosed me with a fungal nail infection giving me a sample of Jublia and a prescription costing $65 that I would get from Synergy pharmacy in the same medical business area as the clinic. I checked with my insurance and they cover a similar med under a different brand name that I would get from CVS, but require positive lab results. Labs came back negative.great! Had a couple of follow ups, received a second sample of the medicine, not bad right. Then I get a bill for $176.20 from the lab. Irritated I paid the bill then used the clinic's app to send an inbox message regarding the situation on Aug 20,2023. The next day I received a call from clinic billing. Initially I thought it was about my message, but no. I was informed I was overcharged 2 different months earlier in the year and I was getting a refund of $106; it'll be in my account within 30 days. Come on people, with the technology we have it takes up to 30 days to direct deposit money I was overcharged? In this overpriced, inflated economy we find ourselves in, all together I'm out of pocket $282.20, $176.20 was due to a misdiagnosis.

I wish I could rate them higher. Doc is super cool, but I'm out more for a misdiagnosis than I would have been for the topical medication that I did not need. Not to mention no reply from the office after a week which is why I'm leaving a review.

12 Sep 2023- Update. It has been nearly 2.5 weeks. No reply from the clinic and I received a call today from a collection agency for the labs. I informed them it has been paid in full. This is frustrating.

He is a good caring doctor with a great bedside manner. Runs an efficient and welcoming office.

My husband and I both have had successful surgeries performed by Dr. Castillo. He is an outstanding surgeon and a caring person. We have recommended him to friends who are also pleased with his care.
