Robert Koval, MD reviews
20Dr Koval is the best.seen him for almost ten years now. I am confident he has my best interest at heart for my health. He also advocates for proper care with your insurance carriers if you have any issues.
Dr. Koval is a fantastic doctor! He is the best RA doctor is the USA! And Megan Passe, FNP-C is so easy to talk 2. She has helped me thru so much. They make you feel right at home.
The staff at this practice are well prepared for the individual patient’s visit. They provide information and advice clearly.
Megan, Dr Koval’s PA is the best! She is thorough, kind, caring, listens and is never in a rush. I am a “certain age” woman and she gets the issues and concerns I have and always validates them. A true professional!
My interaction with Dr. Koval is always so positive. I come away encorouged and know that he is trying to help me.
I have used Texas Orthopedics for two injuries since 2017 and have been very pleased with the care and professionalism of this group. I have been cared for Drake Borer in the Round Rock office and Dr Koval in NW Austin.
I would recommend both of these doctors.
I saw Dr Koval PA never saw her before but she was very professional and nice she was very understanding. Meagan took care of business she had my lab orders as nd before I got home she had already had my meds ordered to walmart, walmart had texted me before I got home thats 1 thing I really likes. I had wen into the CPL some people orders wasn't even there but mine was and it was 9 am. So I was able to get in and out no problem. Megan I would see her anytime. Dr Koval is awesome as well but for Meagan to be a PA she did a great job. Great job Megan. Thank you for your concern about my health I think alot if Doctors has forgotten. I hope you keep doing a great job.
Dr Koval is an excellent Doctor. You can feel comfortable talking about your symptoms, concerns, asking questions to him and always feel that he pays attention and cares for his patients. He is also fluent in other languages, very good professional, I highly recommend Dr Koval,
After 4 years and 5 doctors, Dr. Koval listened, tested, diagnosed and put me on the correct medicine. I’m 95% pain free. His staff is friendly and responsive. Thank you Dr. Koval.
Dr. Koval is a great doctor at treating arthritis and cares for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone. Awesome doctor.
Dr. Robert Koval, and staff, are absolutely the best of the best rheumatologist's located in Austin, TX
I find all 3 doctors I’ve seen at this establishment, especially Dr. Koval who I’ve been seen by the most, informative, caring, through, prompt and a total pleasure to be his patient! He goes an extra step when a particular ‘test’ says one thing but his hunch says another. I appreciate him and his staff!
Dr Koval has helped me to understand my pain and what we need to do to help control it. He has the best staff. Everyone is very caring and helpful
The experience each time I am seen in the office is very pleasant. The staff and Doctors are very professional. The expression of sympathy for my wife’s passing, was heartfelt by Doctor Koval himself. She was a patient of his also.
DR KOVAL is a wonderful person I felt comfortable with him the first visit.seems to genuinely care about his patients. He takes the time to listen and explain things you don't understand.
Great impressive doctor. Very helpful. Just wish I could get my blood report before January 28 and a quicker appointment.
Dr. Koval was so kind and respectful of me. He was so patient and even asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I would highly recommend him.
I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis over a year ago at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. Their Rheumatology department is world class. I have been on Methotrexate and Prednisone since.
After a recent visit to Dr Koval, his staff (not him) informed me that, in fact, I do not have
psoriatic arthritis. Which is in direct conflict with the findings at Duke University. But he was definitely interested in suggesting an up to date MRI, injections and physical therapy after the useless X-ray he had done on my back. Of course all of the fore mentioned can be done at his practice in Northwest Austin. How convenient
I came to him, hopefully, to move on to a more comprehensive treatment therapy (biologic) to get away from the chemo and steroids. No such luck at his practice. So much for the “second opinion”. Thanks for nothing doc.
While I have really liked Dr Koval, I am tired of paying to see him and then seeing his PA. I pay the same amount either way.
