I sent my granddaughter in to see Dr. Paul. He is on vacation so she saw Patsy Clark. My granddaughter thought very highly of her and said she was friendly and enjoyed her very much. Now let’s talk about the GREETING STAFF.the people who represent Dr. Paul and Patsy Clark. HORRIBLE! I mean why in the world would you ever make an 18 year old ever feel so uncomfortable? What does a SMILE or KINDNESS cost you? The front desk was rude and it was so unnecessary. The people representing the Doctors and NP will FAIL YOUR BUSINESS. PATIENT EXPERIENCE was not good.

Very upset grandmother!

I had to have blood drawn and they had me in and out in 10 minutes. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the stick didn't even hurt at all. Masks everywhere, social distancing and all the proper procedures. Good place!

Dr. Robert Paul is a great listener. This was our first visit and we are so happy to have found him! He conveyed to us that he has been in practice for the last 24 years. We are both seniors, so it was important to us to find someone who could answer our questions about medications and overall health and quality of life, as well as listen to our concerns as we grow older. He let us know how he and his staff are available for questions we might have about any of our health issues. We are very happy!

I've got some problems with my dosage from my previous PvP and Dr. Paul took his time in explaining why it was important for me to get that resolved asap and changed it up for me and explained as he did this what he was doing and why. The visit was so involved with ME! I needed that. He's an excellent doctor and I won't be switching again ever!

Dr Paul has been our primary care physician for many years and we really appreciate how he takes care of us. He always listens to what we say; he answers our questions; and makes us a partner in our medical care decisions.

Dr. Paul's office staff was polite and professional. Didn't make me feel like it was actually my first time there. Nurse was kind and thorough with her triage questions. Dr. Paul was a breath of fresh air. Before we even started my actual appointment, he presented himself and his practice so to speak. Made me feel very welcome and happy that I chose this practice and him as my new Primary Physician. Definitely recommend Dr. Paul and his office.

I have never had a better appointment with a Doctor.
Dr. Paul had prepared for our meeting, and understood my Aunt's condition more completely than any Dr.we have ever met. He spoke to her on her level, and made her feel completely comfortable. Moreover, he gave me a sense of hope and understanding I've never felt before as a Caregiver. I can't stop telling everyone I know about how great our visit was, and am so happy to share my experience on this platform.

As an RN of 43 years graduating from TCU, I have to say my visit was the worst experience! I haven't needed a doctor for many years but turned 65 and decided to develop a relationship with one just in case. I was terrified about how my differences would be accepted so my b/p was high and Dr. Paul spent the entire time screaming at me as he read from the computer not even looking at me as if he had over done his aderal that day! All he did was make me feel so bad and ashamed of my profession! He is horrible and should not be a doctor. He has zero compassion!

Dr Paul is one of the better doctors in the DFW area. He has been the primary care Dr. For our family for many years. He is always straight and to the point and tells it like it is
Thank you Dr. Paul

Dr. Paul and staff are awesome! They take the time to really listen to your health concerns and history. They provide excellent advise on preventative care for long term healing. Plus, they have a positive, upbeat spirit, making the visit more enjoyable. Highly recommend them to family and friends.

Dr. Paul is both caring and knowledgeable. And he assists young people who are finishing degrees to practice their training, and then he checks their work. Go, Dr. Paul! May your tribe increase!

Got a postcard in the mail for this office. Tried multiple times to call the number and had to go through many automated options, etc. When I finally got a hold of someone at the answering service (in the middle of the day), they just told me to call back without asking to take a message. I asked if I could get a call back at which point they took my name/number. I never heard back from this practice- it’s clear they have no interest in serving patients. I’m a doctor myself and my practice would not survive if we treated potential new patients like this.

Dr. Paul often says that he likes to have informed patients. So, if you see him, he'll take the time to explain your condition and all the available options, starting with the most conservative one, and going on from there only if the most conservative option isn't effective. He often has a student doctor in tow (and he'll always ask permission for that student to be present) because he's such a good teacher. I learn a lot from listening to him teach his student! I can't recommend Dr. Paul highly enough for all of your family's medical needs.
