Last year, after 20 years with another insurer, I switched to State Farm and Stephanie Herrera was pivotal in helping me make the switch. She helped we with numerous home insurance questions regarding coverage needs, policy, premiums, deductible, rates, etc. She was thorough, outlining where and how State Farm would cover more, for less. State Farm, specifically Stephanie, is hands on, responsive and reliable. She touches base and is quick to help, I often reach out to her to process my payments - she is, in large part why I switched. Valeria is kind and knowledgeable; she answered all of my questions with patience. As a customer I don’t expect for anyone to know all the answers but do expect transparency. She was comfortable telling me when she wasn’t sure about something and found the answer for me. THAT is quality customer service! Happy to be part of the State Farm Club!

So I’ve been a State Farm commercial customer for many years. I used to have another Agent who was very good and professional, unfortunately she retired and I was assigned to Robert. I recently was being over billed and called in several times to speak to him about it. The girls who work in his office could not answer my question about multiple items I was having trouble with. I asked to speak to him and they told me he was out of town. He was my agent for two years and I never spoken to him. He refuses to return calls. If you need simple things like to pay your bill or get a COI issued, they’re ok, but if you have problems, he’s lazy refuses to make calls on your behalf, and refuses to return calls. I called State Farm and requested a new agent, who has now found many errors Roberts staff made, and now I’m getting refunded money. If you’re a commercial business, this guy is terrible, don’t use him! My next step is to file a complaint against his State license. BEWARE!

You wanna call me names you and your incompetent staff had my sons name mixed up, he’s a 16 year old, and you had him listed twice, on his new policy, as if I had two 16 year olds. So I was being billed like I had two 16 year olds instead of one. Had you actually made a call on my behalf to State Farm you would have known that, you’re an idiot, and trust me this isn’t over. For the record, when my old agent retired I never asked for you, my biggest mistake was not getting out from under you sooner. I’m gonna make sure your superiors at State Farm read all this, so they can see what kind of incompetent Agent they have working for them.
