Dr. Lopez takes time to explain things completely, encouraging patients to ask questions about treatment options. I appreciate his professionalism and am glad to have him as my primary care physician when I am in Venice during the winter months.

I love all the people who work in Dr. Lopez's office. Very nice, business like, and personable. I get a thorough exam and time to chat about what's happening. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else anymore!

I had to wait for a PA appointment for about a month. To see Dr Lopez, I’d have to wait about three months. When I finally saw the PA, the experience was very sterile and they didn’t seem to truly care about my condition at all. Since that visit, I’ve needed Lopez to simply respond to a fax request so I could get Medicine refilled but they wouldn’t respond (twice). I called them personally, and was put on hold for over 7 minutes and left a message for them to call back (they have not as of yet and I do not anticipate that call to even happen). I wouldn’t send my dog there for them to give a pill to. Very unprofessional and in need of office staff change for sure. Changing PCP’s today!

The doctor is very nice. He is professional and caring. Staff are superb and professional. They moved to a new building recently which looks great. I could not complain.
