Roberts Carpet & Fine Floors, Stafford TX

We have visited the store on a few occasions and never had any complaints. However this review has to do with a phone call I just placed, 3-7-2022 at 5: 39pm.
The man that answered the phone (didn't give his name) was so crass it left me speechless! I was calling to check if they carried a specific wood. Now mind you, we have been here multiple times and we know what type of store they are. He abruptly said we're a sample store and don't carry stock. I stated I wanted to know if he had this sample in store. To which he cut me off and said, "I have a customer right now, you can try to call back later. In store customers come first, thank you. " And he quickly hung up the phone. He could have at least taken my contact information and called back when they were not busy. How am I supposed to know when they don't have customers? Since according to this associate is only in store customers matter, we'll be gladly taking our business elsewhere.
