Excellent. I don’t speak Spanish and it didn’t matter my barber did a great job and fair price!

I’ve been going for years and have never gotten a bad haircut from them nor experienced bad service. Only thing they need is coloring and it’d be ten out of ten!

Way over priced for the so called hair cuts smh.and, This is a friend's only establishment it seems like. They are not friendly at all especially to walk-ins they treat appointments by friends only as a priority and all have rude attitudes and act like roosters (cocky) asked for a bald fade and dude asked me how.like dude you the barber just get me a bald fade that looks right and ended up leaving a line from trying to fade all the way around my head so had to go somewhere else to fix it after be charged $45 smh.

Robert is the best. I arrived minutes before closing and he treated me as if I were the first of the day. Robert, I promise to make appointments going forward.

Used to get my haircut here, every month. The staff is friendly, professional, and leave you feeling fresh af.

First time customer & very pleased! Barber was very attentive with my instructions on my sons cut and gave me great suggestions as well thank you!

Terrible location with terrible service. I called in to make an appointment and they told me to walk in during the morning. After 20 mins wait with only one barber, they accepted a guy that just arrived with an appointment. Wasted my time. Go somewhere else

Incredible Barbershop. I've been going to barbershops for 10+ years in several states a cross the country. This is easily one of the best there is. I highly recommend going here if you want a high end cut. Their quality is easily above any other shop in Austin. Wedding, Prom, school photos, first date, whatever your reasons, they will give you a legendary haircut that will leave you smiling and happy as you leave.

Maybe it was a one time thing, but terrible service.literally just another hood shop that treats walk ins like they want.

With my two little boys I have been to a whole lot of barber shops around Austin and none of them have a good out come. Rob's barber shop was on point with the bald fades that my boys got. Never seen a barber around here actually take their time when doing they cuts. Big shout out to Omar for the fantastic job he did on my little ones. Will definitely be returning

I have now come to this place twice as I have been looking for a barber shop in Austin for a while that I can consistently go. They are well priced. The service they provide is excellent. Do get there early as they do get busy after about 2 hours from opening especially on a Saturday! I do recommend this place if you love a good cut as I am very particular about my hair

If you're looking for a new barber come check this place out. I've been here a few times and observed all the barbers while waiting. Everyone did a good job so dont be scared to give any barber a shot. Competitive pricing and professional owner.

First time going to Rob's was two days ago and Omar did an amazing job on my hair. The place was clean and everyone was wearing masks. I'll be back next month for sure.
