Roca Auto Services & tires, Killeen TX

So I have mixed emotions about this business transaction, I called on my lunch break and the gentleman who I spoke with seemed very nice and concerning we negotiated on a price and I told him I would see him after work and he said don’t worry you don’t need to rush. We are open until 730 when I arrive, it’s the same person I spoke with on the phone and I told him hey we spoke earlier about the 205 55 I told him the price and he said no this is a different price and then I proceeded to tell him do you not remember us talking earlier and we agreed upon this price and then he said no, I proceeded to show him this is the shop I took a screenshot of. I showed him the call log and then he states that all of his tires and all of the shops around here charged the same price $60 and then I told him that’s fine, but when we spoke on the phone, you told me a different price, and then he continues to say no that’s not the price. None of the technicians spoke English. None of the technicians could actually help me figure out which tire it was and the only reason I came to this place was because my first choice and first choice only fast eddies Didn’t have my tire and I could not wait until Saturday. So I am glad he had the tire but I would’ve went to a different shop if I would’ve known the overcharge nor did the owner want to admit that he lied just to get business. Cash only, no receipts but they don’t charge you five dollars to take the tire. (sorry, using voice text. Please don’t mind the grammatical errors.)

Lots of places like this treat men just fine. When it comes to women however that can be a different story. I spoke to the owner to confirm price earlier in the day then sent my wife in for repair. She was given very friendly service at the price agreed on earlier. This is a great tire shop for our community.

Nice people. Only go for tires! Went for struts and brakes and returned my car with a few broken things; Caliber, Broken bolts, etc. Then tried to charge for pieces the mechanic broke. Only go for tires!

While I was there getting my tire changed I got news my father passed away and he went over and beyond for me great service great people 100% I highly recommend this tire shop. #thebest

I am very grateful for roca auto services!
My tire caught a flat and I had to go the shop but I wasn't able to drive my vehicle to the location. Rony was so kind enough to offer coming to my home and changing my tire for me. He only charged me $65 for everything. He was very persistent and efficient with his time. He asked if I needed my vehicle the same day but I told him no rush. He got it done ASAP.
The business is very genuine and looks out for each individual! I definitely will be back for any future services. 12/10 recommend:)

I went today and got a tire tony was so nice he took me straight back and got started right away. His tire prices are very reasonable. He even went out of his way to get me lug nuts because mine was bad. I’ll definitely be back to see him and I highly recommend for you to go check him out.
