I recently toured Rochelle Plaza, as I will be moving soon, and I must say, I was impressed. The office staff was very professional and helpful! Esmeralda was really attentive and accommodating. While we were on the way to the model and passing by some of the amenities, I couldn't help but notice how clean and well kept property was. We happened to pass a maintenance man on our way back to the office, named Donovan. I was pleasantly surprised that he made the time to stop, say hi and introduce himself. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to move into the Irving area!

Great atmosphere at the leasing office. Leasing manager Veronica is very helpful and kindhearted, she really does care about her tenants. Always has an upbeat attitude and a joy to be around.

Place is quiet and peaceful, enjoying my time here so far. Veronica and Esmeralda have made the process smooth and have been there to accommodate anything I've needed. They have definitely made this place feel like home!

The property manager Veronica was very detail oriented. Very kind hearted. Straight to the point and very knowledgeable about all of my questions and concerns dealing with the apartment. Need more people like her doing business with. I love her!

Management and maintenance really set Rochelle Plaza above the rest. I've lived at several different complexes over the years in the DFW area and the office staff makes all of the difference!

I recently went into Rochelle Plaza Apartments looking for a friendly place to live! What a breath of fresh air. I was greeted with a smile by Esmeralda and Veronica and felt welcomed and was offered a tour. I’m looking to move this summer so they didn’t know availability yet but said they would follow up closer to that time. I will definitely be leasing there as I loved the energy and follow up they both provided!

Such a nice experience applying here thanks to Esmeralda Lomeli she made it easy and stress free. Loves the staff and community.

My husband and I toured this past weekend and we fell in love with the property. Leasing girl was sweet and very informative. Unfortunately they don’t have any three bedrooms available atm
