Carmen was very informational and helpful. Shes the one to go to if you want to lease with Rock Creek. Very nice young lady.

The staff at Rock Creek is great! I have the privilege of working with Karina Hernandez and she has been great to work with in securing an apartment. Karina is very professional and was very diligent at answering all my question and taking the time to show me around the property and letting me see the floor plans that I was interested in seeing before making a decision on which floor plan to go with. Karina was also very nice as to offer refreshments while I was filling out my lease application. Everyone that I came across during my visit to the property were very nice and polite.

Ms. Santa is very helpful and love her communication, she gave me a really smooth and quick move in, & I’m very Happy that The move in was not hard at all ️️

Ms santa Carmona has real great customer service, shes nice and helped me with anything that I needed I really recommend her and very professional

The staff here is great: I'd like to specifically thank Santa and Karina for all that they do. Santa is always there when you need her, and if not she makes sure to reach out to you as soon as possible. Karina goes the extra mile when it comes to ensuring things are in-order on the property.

I scheduled a tour to come in and view a 1 bedroom apartment. As soon as I walked into the leasing office I was very well greeted by Ms. Carmona, I loved her friendliness and her professionalism. I immediately knew rock creek was going to be number one on my list. The one bedroom I was shown was very spacious, up to date, and was exactly what I was looking for. If you’re looking for a great place to live rock creek is definitely it, ask for Ms. Carmona she provides all the information down to the last detail. You ROCK Santa, thank you for my tour, I’ll be seeing you really soon!

Vanessa Palma is a big blessing to Rock Creek apartment. She is a outstanding young lady who works really hard for her job and the people who live on the property. We need more GOD send people like her in this community. She is a very patient and amazing person who will assist in any way possible. I want to thank you personally for everything you’ve doing for the Rock Creek tenants.

Let me tell you even tho I didn’t end up renting there at Rock Creek apartments due to personal reasons. Ms Carmen was very helpful in answering any questions and very informational and knowledgeable of her craft, I highly recommend letting her help y’all out.

Ms. Carmona was soooooooo helpful and patient. She answered every question I had and was patient with me, very nice and I was moved in less than a week. The apartments are nice, clean, gated and pet friendly. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone

Santa was extremely helpful made a long process as simple as possible, I would definitely recommend you speaking to her. Nice, professional and easy going.

These apartments are terrible, we had a fire not too long ago and nobody has yet to contact the building stating why there was a fire.the office workers are just as rude as the office manager and there need to be more professional efficient workers.maintenance fixes what they wanan fix when they wanna fix it, whether it’s an emergency or not. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THESE GHETTO, NASTY apartments.anything in the area other than these, i promise you.

The parking here is terrible if your not home by 6pm good luck finding a spot. You hear random gun shots throughout the night, also it’s so hard to get in touch with the office they never answer the phone but don’t hesitate to put a eviction notice on your door. It’s so easy to get in when i first came they were so nice and delightful to help move me in but shortly after things were completely different. They price of rent here doesn’t match the quality of the apartments. Roach infested i cannot WAIT TILL MY LEASE UP
