Nice place, has an arena and stalls for horses, nice people, other than those things mentioned below is that it would be perfect if they had a couple of washers and dryers with folding tables. Other than that very peaceful looking at that big pond full of fish that you don't have to release if you are going to cook them. You catch, you clean and eat.

Mitch, the owner, has never been less than nice and respectful to me.
Mitch lets us fish the pond by the rv parks, which is a great bass pond in the summer.
The only issue I ever have is that the tap water isn't always clear and gets a tint to it
