I came home from picking up prescriptions for my husband and came home that it’s hot inside the house more than usual, we thought our unit stopped working, I called and text Mr. Keith (owner), he came ASAP and told us nothing wrong except it’s just triple digits out there. I should have known better after living in Texas for 40 plus years. Thank you for responding right away Rockwall Air! Highly recommended.
We highly recommend Keith Warneke, owner of Rockwall Air! We called Keith on a Monday and he was able to work us in that same day. We had a broken condensation pipe that was in a hard to reach area in the attic. He was able to come out and repair the pipe the same day. He was very helpful and knowledgable about a separate AC issue that has been an ongoing problem for many years. Keith provided us with tips to alleviate this problem! On top of this, he did the repair at no cost to us! We will be calling him for any future AC problems that come up.

We have used Keith at Rockwall Air for years now. We can’t say enough good things. He has saved us so much money and we trust that when we REALLY need a new unit he will tell us.
Keith was very informative and took his time explaining to me how the system works and what needed to be repaired. He successfully secured the needed part that was in very short supply and installed it and had the AC working again by the end of the day. His charge was $350 cheaper than one quote I had and over $500 cheaper than another quote I had. He is honest and doesn’t take advantage of those he helps.
