I went in during my 1: 15 hour lunch to get a birthday certificate. You have to go through a metal detector. Security guards nice friendly. But when I got to the actual birth certificate office the two rep were wonderful specially the rep helping me which I didn't catch her name. But I got out of there in 20 minutes.
Cristina was awesome. I was having having questions regarding my birth certificate.
After calling around getting the same answer. Cristina was able to clear that up and help me with my needs accordingly.
