Got help getting my grandson register for the Bus, Staff, that helped me Very Nice and helpful.

Have yet to get my child’s bus route on track! The pick up and drop off for my second grader has been MISERABLE this school year. He is still a rider just hard time figuring out the pick up and drop off which should be what’s on the schedule and it’s not also don’t understand how it’s not the same route as last year if we live in the same house and had ZERO issues last year ONE place for pick up and drop off now it’s two different places and the bus drops him off at a different stop than the route says have called and was told that they would fix it but has remained the same

UNPROFESSIONAL, PREDJUTICE STAFFING. Their in the same office and don't communicate with each other on a professional level

ROCKWALL BUS DRIVERS ARE RIDICULOUS ALWAYS LATE PICKING MY KIDS UP EVERY MORNING BUS 72. HE USE TO COME AT 7: 10 AM NOT HE COMING AT 7: 30 PARENTS BE WONDERING WHERE IS HE. THEN WHEN U CALL TRANSPORTATION THEY ANSWER THE PHONE WIT AN ATTITUDE IF YOU DONT WANNA DO YOUR JOB QUIT THEN. TEXAS PEOPLE ARE SO DUMD AND RUDE. IM SO GLAD SCHOOL ALMOST OUT NEXT YEAR MY KIDS WILL BE CAR RIDERS.

My daughter has been picked up at the exact same spot for about 3 years now. She was standing in a well lit area where she always is, and I watched the bus drive right past her. I called, told them what happen and they could not have cared less. Said she was in the wrong spot as if the policy just changed that morning and no one told us? She gets picked up and dropped off at the SAME spot for YEARS and today he just drove by her like nothing! I have all of the times she’s been picked up there on our ring cam! Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, upsetting, and confusing to my daughter! And don’t EVER blame me for doing the exact same thing five days a week for three years! This was on all of you, take some accountability! Learn to communicate if things change!

So RISD bus barn switched my daughters bus driver and bus a little over a month ago. I had patience at first giving them time to adjust everything, here we still are with a driver who cant be here at the scheduled time to save her life. This morning after 10 tardys and 3 missed days of school due to this bus driver she was 5 minutes early and did not wait so as we pulled up she pulled away. Now I'm upset, so I call the bus barn (only reason I'm giving them a good rating) and a lady named Britney answered and I immediately tell her whats going on and why I'm upset, she assures me they will look into to, and remedy the issue.we have all heard this at some point right? Well she actually does and within MINUTES she calls me back saying that the video confirmed early arrival, apologized said they will make sure it doesn't happen again and even offers to have another bus pick my daughter up. I was already pulling into the school so I didnt need that but VERY appreciative that it was still offered. So im leaving this review for Britney because of how timely she rectified the concern and her helpfulness. Thank you. I am hoping the bus driver now can follow her lead with that same great attitude.

I may be biased because I work here, but these are the nicest people I've ever worked for. They'll help anyway they can, and we all strive to get the kiddos to and from school as safely as possible.
