Huge shoutout to John for helping with the sale, he was patient working with me and huge shoutout to one of the techs there for running me through the Kawasaki dash and answering every question I had would definitely recommend

Beware! Watch their prices and descriptions! Some how the price of the atv went up over $1000 from the time I called off of their online listing to the time I went in and started the purchasing paperwork. I even showed the internet add on their website for the exact atv and was told the add was for a 2x4 and not a 4x4 but the listing description clearly said 4x4 and they continued to tell me that they all get the same description…. Make that make sense… just be mindful with these guys I’ve tried to buy 2 times and received the same outcome. Will never go

John at CPS really made sure that my son walked out of there with a bike, he was incredibly happy, 8 know John really sacrificed getting a commission on that sale due to our thin budget but he still made sure we were very satisfied customers. Thanks man, appreciated

Both my parents and I bought ATV's from Powersports and had a great experience. Nestor was bilingual which was much needed for my parents, and John Michael was so informative, and friendly to us. Nestor and Michael patiently worked with us for days until our purchase. They never seem agitated by us, and we were very undecisive customers. Our atv's were in perfect condition and the finance plans are perfect for us! Thanks guys!:)

Update to previous post a year ago. Stone was great. Which no longer works there. Very responsive on text and follow up. Smooth process from start to finish when buying. DO NOT go to the service department they are the biggest joke of the dealership. Took my bike there for a warranty issue on my wheel for defects, they took photos and submitted to KTM for warranty. Two weeks or so go by and I haven’t heard anything from them, so I called and they said they are going to warranty it out and the wheel is on back order with no ETA. Couple months go by I called and still on backorder. Nothing they can do about that. A year later I get a recall notice took it up to them for recall and to check on wheel since nobody ever calls on anything. They told me be a couple weeks before they can do the recall that’s fine your busy I get it. Two weeks go by no update. I called on the third week and they gave me the run around like every time I call. I asked about the wheel and it magically showed up a year later after I drop it off for recall. It was in there for a month for a wheel and a recall for zip ties and check brakes they squeal like crazy. Got it back wheel was done, recall they say KTM didn’t send the right parts, and the brakes still squeal loud enough I can hear through my helmet and radio on. A month goes by I noticed that my rear shock module was loose. Looked and the bolts weren’t put it. Took it up there that evening and the tech said the bolts backed out. If bolts are put in properly they don’t just back out. So they either weren’t put in or they were never tighten. I dropped it off the next day since I was going out of town for two weeks they said that will work out great. While I was there I asked about the recall that was never done they had the part but never received a call from them. Two weeks go bully I called Tuesday morning and I get the run around it’s not done still need to do the recall and test drive will be done today and will deliver. About 3: 30they delivered the bike to me which is great, I go out and looked and the bolts aren’t the right ones and not even tighten, or maybe they backed out from the test drive and trailer ride to the shop So was the recall ever done! So what they do for two weeks look at the bike. I won’t ever go back to them for service. Never call and when you call you will get the run around. Nobody know anything up there in service.

My husband and I went in on Wednesday to buy a four wheeler for our sons birthday. The staff was amazing, helped us with everything we needed and all our questions were answered. One of the guys even bought our son a t shirt with his own money for his birthday!

Colton from the service department, the mechanic, and the sales team really took care of us today. I brought my son’s bike in to have a tube and tire put on, and I brought all three of my small boys in with me. The sales team hooked them up with coloring books, bottles of water, and popcorn. One of the guys in their PDI department even cleaned up my son’s mess when he spilled his drink and wouldn’t let us clean it up. The mechanic that helped us load the bike up after the tire was changed noticed that the chain was a little too loose and insisted on tightening it up for us. I know this service department is extremely swamped with work; it was really obvious, but the way they handled themselves was top-notch! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Everyone was nice, Rex and Eric helped me leave with the motorcycle I wanted. Great experience!

Everyone here is super helpful and friendly. I accidentally dropped a bike and nobody was even sweating about it. I recommend this dealer for everything.

Everytime I walk in this shop I feel welcomed. Just a few days ago I had to replace my back tire for my Kawi Z900. They located an exact OEM replacement and mounted it in short order on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend. If you are into value per your dollar; this is the place. If you value customer service; this is the place.
