Called on a Sunday. Only company out of the 5 that I called who answered. They were literally on-site in less than an hour to help! Got us all taken care of, super kind, knowledgeable and fair pricing. Will only use and recommend them moving forward. Thank you ROD Septic!

I do believe Rod is the most honest, every other company took one look at our system and said it needed to be replaced between 10k - 16k. Rod made the repairs needed and hopefully we’ll get many more years out of it.

Zero professionalism. Not responsive at all, does not keep his word after promising. I don't know how he is still in business, fake reviews are a trap! Very very disappointing!

This guy doesn't know his own business. Misquoted, lied about what he could do, and tried to rip me off by quoting me 10x higher than anyone else.
Don't use this guy. He's Bad Business.

Never respond to my phone calls never show any respect for the contract that I signed with him it’s just a really poor service

Highly recommend! He could help us out on a weekend with short notice and was reasonably priced. He is professional, polite and kind. We are very happy!

Rod sent someone to pump on Saturday but pump didn't resolve problem.and his person didn't take payment. Rod called Tuesday to take payment, advised him we still have problem. He came out Thursday after hours and tried to resolve issue which was above and beyond. We appreciate all your efforts.

(UPDATE: Rod made things right by giving us a refund.) We have use Rod Septic for a couple years now and have always had to contact him to come out and do our service calls that we paid in advance for (3 service calls a year per contract). He will tell you he is coming to service your system then "No Show". He will no longer take our calls or answer messages. He owes us a refund or provide the service that we paid for.

Used Rod a couple times recently and each time he was able to get my issue fixed in a timely manner. His prices are fair. I will continue to count on him if I have any future issues.

I called Rod's Septic Service and I spoke with Rod directly. Rod assured me that he could empty my septic tank tomorrow and since he would be in the neighborhood, Rod wanted to stop by to take a look at my septic system. Upon stopping by, Rod troubleshooted my septic pump not pumping and fixed the problem on the spot. Rod stuck to his quote and juggled the rain to get the septic tank cleaned out. He came by on a Saturday to finish the job. Amazing work ethics, his company and crew are legit! I highly recommend their services! Thank you Rod, much appreciated!

Rod was scheduled to come out to service my septic at 05: 00 on Wednesday, 05: 00 on Thursday, and anytime after 12: 00 on Friday. He cancelled the appointment on Wednesday and Thursday, and on Friday he would not answer my phone call or respond to my text. He ghosted me. Rod is unreliable and unprofessional and I would absolutely not recommend his company.

Rod is amazing! We have used him for years and he is genuine, prompt, very knowledgeable and very affordable! We highly recommend him, you will love his work too!

I most very honest ROD septic services exceeded my expectations. They came out and unclogged our pipes and did a full inspection and septic clean out within 3 hours of calling for the first time. We definitely will not be going to anyone else for our septic needs.
