Today was our first appointment, and last. I didn't mind the wait that most reviews talk about. Waiting happens. It seemed like an emergency came in, and we really only waited about 20mins. However when the dentist came in I didn't get his name because the television was loud and he, and two staff members were talking at the same time. So I didn't know if he was talking to me or them. The exam was so rushed. He looked in my kids mouth, slapped some flouride on their teeth and was out before I could even formulate the questions I had. "Why weren't they given a thorough cleaning? " To start. Because the x-ray showed no cavities? How can they be so sure when The x-ray had to be retaken. There wasnt a new tooth brush or anything at the end of the appointment. I'm sad we didn't get the experience that most people seem to get. Our insurance recommended this place because they're in network. We'll be looking around.

Dr. Ben and his assistant Jackie were amazing! I have severe anxiety and they made my procedure so relaxing and were so patient with me when I would get anxious! Thank you Dr. Ben and Jackie!

Have had a few appointments here. Friendly staff. Will take the time to explain to you procedures and pricing. Only reason not 5 stars is sometimes they are hard to get on the phone and the hold music makes me crazy

Dr Ben and his assistant Stephanie are awesome and we had the best experience! My daughter is autistic and has major anxiety issues and they did so great with her from the x-rays to the exam! Highly recommended them! She even popped her balloon and they got her another! Not to mention the waiting room is exam rooms are awesome! Staff are amazing!

Waiting for my husband to get his dentures today they didn't gv it to him they had to do it all over again so wait again very disappointed

Been here for more than an hour and they're letting people go before my 9 month old. Go to Midland dentistry for kids instead, worth the drive. Kids dental and James Miller are way better options as well.
Hicieron que mi bebe de 9 meses esperara mas de una hora y media nomas para pasarla. Si no fuese porque me queje, ahi me hubieran tenido mas tiempo. El dentista fue super despota. Pasaron a otras personas antes que a nosotros. Si quieres mejor servicio dental recomiendo Midland dentistry 4 kidz o kids dental.

Always a wonderful experience! The drs and nurses are sweet and funny with the kiddos. Love this place. ️

Dr. Ben and his staff truly cares for his patients. He is very kind and explains everything. He is very patient and understanding! The atmosphere is clean, fun and welcoming. He has even stayed late multiple times to help me with my teeth. I truly appreciate everything rodeo dental and Dr. Ben has done. Thank you!

Take too many appointment same time, but nothing get it done.waiting 2 hour with appointment. Still nothing done still wait for a available room.when u in the room waiting more.don't go here if u have a job.u going miss a day at work

This office is the worst when it comes to keeping appointment times. You Always have to wait at least 2 hours to be called back into a room. Then you have to be wait to be seen by the dentist or orthodontist. This location is very busy and always packed full of patients and it’s hard to believe there is only 1 dr for each side. Unfortunately we are locked in a contract with them for braces otherwise I would have left after the first nightmare appointment back in September 2022. I read some reviews online and most were positive. I was duped into thinking this office was the best choice for us since we moved here from out of state and had to pick an orthodontist quickly. DO NOT waste your time or money here.

Dr. Ben is just so WONDERFUL! You know if I would have had such a kind, understanding, and compassionate dentist like Dr. Ben growing up I wouldn’t have had so much fear and anxiety to come to the dentist. I highly recommend! People always ask me if it’s only for kids, absolutely not I’m 35 years old and he is has been ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL great staff and good atmosphere.

Went in for a cleaning. Had to wait an hour and the doc saw me and claimed i had small cavities even though nothing was cleaned yet. Then staff came in and started asking for money even before any actual work was performed. 2 hours in, they cleaned my teeth. This was only just an electric toothbrush that took 3 minutes. Then they put "vitamins" on your teeth which isn't covered by insurance and so you have to pay out of pocket. Overall a horrible experience. Waited 2 hours for them to clean my mouth with a toothbrush that took 3 minutes plus i was charged Out of Pockets expenses. Biggest part is that my teeth are just as clean as before i went in.

Please read the reviews before going here. I was surprised and and Impressed by the way they work with kids. My child did not have a pleasant experience to say the least without going into details. His face is SWOLLEN due to them restraining and forcing his mouth open. His lips and the inside of his cheek has wounds from the way forced their way. When done they quickly ushered us out the back door to prevent the people in the waiting room to see the pain my child was in as he was crying in pain. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. The dentist don’t seem to be able to communicate with each other for unknown reasons. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE SPECIALLY FOR KIDS WHO ARE GOING FOR THE FIRST TIME. THIS IS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MY CHILD. Please look into this place before you traumatize your child with this torture. They’re more worried about making their money than the children wellbeing.

Highly recommend was in & out within 45 mins had my wisdom tooth removed that another Dentist broke. They are very professional walked me through the whole procedure his assistant's Giscel, Esmeralda, & Dana were very comforting & informative Dr. Deljavan was a true life saver highly recommend this place

0 stars, this place IS horrible. Our appointment was at 10: 30 AM! It’s 2: 08 pm and they still haven’t passed us. Another thing they are just standing there TRYING to look pretty. Definitely DO NOT recommend. They might try to make the place look friendly and nice but they definitely missing something when it comes to work ethic. Stop laughing and standing, start doing your actual job.

I find the service of the doctors impersonal and rushed. My check-up several weeks ago was efficient and quick. Interactions with the dentist was short on conversation and impersonal. Got a referral to another office for special cleaning because this outlet does not have that type if specialist in house (despite advertising of one stop shop) I had a tooth extraction this morning that went well but the oral surgeon was in my room less than 5 mins total. Little conversation. No warning of the feeling of electric shock from the numbing meds. Aftercare notification was left to the (fantastic) staff. Procedure was fast and relatively painless.

All that being said. The staff is fantastic! I still recommend this office.

My kids loved it and everyone is really nice and so helpful. The power was going off and on but everyone worked together and got the job done.

We love Rodeo Dental always have a great experience! I have an A typical child and a child on the Autism Spectrum and they are very good with them and understanding and arranging to the needs of my special need son.
