Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics, Killeen TX

My experience I had work done at the office in temple, tx for a new partial, did all the imprints, came back for first fitting the said it was here and once I drove 25 mi, they said it wasn't there, they rescheduled me went again, got there it was said to be there then again it wasn't, so I told them that time y'all call me when y'all ready when it's here. So after finally coming in to get it after a second time it was final there and I had expressed to the dentist that it wasn't fitting right, and he said it looked ok to him, and said wear it for a while and if any problems come back, well I did that, called and tried to make an appointment make an appointment no one ever answers the phone at that office, so I let a message, and two weeks still no one ever called back until I left a message saying I was going to call corporate.

Omg Tristan is the best. A fresh face and great vibe has arrived people. Definitely will ask for Tristan next appt.

Our daughters first dental experience as a big girl and they made it so memorable for her.she loves going to the dentist because of Rodeo Dental. So thoughtful and generous of them to go out of their way to make her feel so special on her birthday.

This was my 1st visit to Rodeo and WOW! Facility is immaculate and the staff was amazing.
I checked in w/Ralph who I ended up having great conversation with while I waited.
The xray tech was kind and very efficient.
The dentist, Dr. Wu was amazing, kind & had outstanding bedside manner. She took her time to ensure I was comfortable and was very thorough in her explanation of the care I was to receive.
The Dental Hygentist Deya was super cool & kind as well and between her, Dr. Wu, & myself we had some good laughs and great conversation.

I will definitely be returning for my future dental needs & highly recommend them for adults & kids.

Waste of time and will make you wait. Staff used to be nice but now it seems like no one cares anymore. Staff changes a lot and I think that speaks volumes.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist office and would not recommend anyone to this facility. They turned me away twice even after I paid them.

All the staff were kind and my daughter was seen before her appointment time. We will be coming again and plan on switching for my son to come here as well.

Both of my daughters have been seen at Rodeo Dental and the service has always been great! Special shout out to Gregg and Sierra, they took the time out to go above and beyond for my youngest appointment today. Thank you to the whole staff team for all the help and work️

When you walk into Rodeo Dental You are surprisingly already intrigued by the really clean cool theme for the children & smiling staff with great costumer service provided. Paper work for new patients is quick and easy. Shout out to Gregg Morrow for being so kind and funny and making the patients feel comfortable to be seen. Thank you Rodeo Dental! ! !

My son had a wonderful experience here. Veronica made sure he was well taken care of and comfortable at all times. She explained to him everything that was going on and made sure he was always ok. I am very appreciative of the staff here and the doctor. Today was my son's first extraction and it went amazing! Thank you Veronica and to the rest of the staff. As always our experience here was memorable!

Very fun and great environment for everyone! My kiddo and siblings were excited once they entered. All the staff is so amazing and sweet. Definitely recommend since they treat everyone so well!

DO NOT GO HERE! Unprofessional and a waste of time. I booked appointment with them on 08/29 for 9/10 a Saturday because I work 8-5 M-f, called to confirm my appointment 9/9 and to make sure I was covered by insurance… everything was supposedly good. I get to my appointment at 1 pm Saturday I don’t get called into the office till 1: 45 then they want to confirm what I’m getting and someone booked me for something totally different, something I never booked I just wanted a cleaning. Long story short they couldn’t change it to what I needed because the doctor was supposedly over booked and I needed to reschedule. I didn’t like that and it was very unprofessional they wanted to blame the scheduling office but couldn’t because they and myself called their direct office Friday to confirm my procedure. So basically they wasted my time and now inconvenienced me even more because I won’t be free for another month or two to find time for what I needed. Waste of time. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

The entire staff was super nice, answering any questions and explaining the entire process. My kids were at ease which was awesome. Veronica and Dr. Wu were amazing. I decided to switch my care.

This is a great place to go make an appointment. Go in seen really fast. You're out in and out in a jiffy.if you decide to stay a little bit longer which most of us like doing so there's games and a movie room. It keeps your kids active but under control having fun. All great dentist and staff. Best place in Killeen area.
