Rodeway Inn, Huntsville TX

We've stayed here before, but with newly renovated rooms offered a marking improvement in comfort and cleanliness. It's evident that the management and staff are dedicated to the guests experience, and with continued efforts, i will definitely stay again.

Worse nastiest hotel ever! Rodeway Inn needs to be shut down! Condemned! Outdated.like 1970 outdated! Stale musty old furniture.water dripping from room above! The Patels out to be ashamed to ever call themselves anything but crooks! Cause all yall doing is robbing people pretending it's decent when booked! I hope and pray another hotel buys yall out.tear Rodeway Inn down and start over!

Just stayed here for a couple of nights.
I would say customer service here is wonderful! They try to make your stay perfect the best they can.
Rooms: are a little dated to be sure. BUT THEY WERE CLEAN!
For the money.it's a great place to stay!

We are currently checked into this hotel. While not one thing here is amazing, different, or perfect, everything as a whole is great. We stayed at a different hotel 2 nights ago, nicer looking, BUT, horrible customer service, 10am check out was loud with room cleaners yelling profanities outside. Now back to THIS hotel. Customer service is over the top nice. Room is dated sure, but it's clean, and as a man I love the temp gauge in the shower, so much so I'm gonna look for one for our house. It's EXACTLY what you SHOULD expect from a low to mid range hotel. If you're paying 60 or less a night? Don't expect 200 dollar a night rooms, or extras. This hotel gives you 200 dollar a night customer service, and 60 dollar a night rooms. That's a great trade off. From the 200 dollar a night rooms, with 35 dollar fleabag hotel customer service. So, of you're truly an unbiased, expect the expected, this place fulfills 100 percent. If you're expecting Platinum, but want to pay copper prices, you'll be disappointed, but then again, you're probably just a complainer. So if you want great value for your money, clean room, great customer service, this is your hotel.

We stayed in room 136
The room had a distinct smell of body odor upon entering.
The bath tub wouldn't drain.
The outlets in the bathroom didn't work even after re-setting the gfr.
The towel rack was hanging precariously from the wall.
We arrived after midnight and I had an appointment at 7am.
The pillows were 1/2 size even thought we had rented a king bed.
The morning came with a maintenance worker sawing and hammering in the next unit nearly continously.
Unless you're hearing impared and don't need a bath, I'd suggest another hotel in the area.
While we paid for 2 nights, one was more than we could stand.

I reserved a smoking room before driving there, only to be told they didn’t have any and it was nothing they could do about it. I just wish they wouldn’t have had it posted online if they didn’t have it.

I loved this hotel the management was very kind and welcoming, If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in huntsville this is the place!

The staff and owner were amazing and very helpful. They have great prices and a really nice event space. Highly recommend!

Ok thought even after reading the reviews I'd give this place a try.
1. The Rooms: clean. New carpet, New paint. No smells.
2. The bedding. New sheets, New bedspread and a comfortable mattress and pillows.
3. The staff: helpful. The lady at the front desk was able to recommend places to eat and entertainment, which was nice because I'm not from this area.
So all and all it was a great stay will stay here again.

10/10 service. Mr. Ash’s service was perfect and I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming into town.great hospitality!

The owner/manager of this establishment is very kind and accommodating. I would 100 percent recommend booking a room for a stay or booking the meeting rooms for an event. Thank you so much for allowing me and my group to have a great event!
