Rodeway Inn, Georgetown TX

Room was nice. Sleep good but I had trouble with my car just needed a jump and the night guy couldn't do it, asked me to come back in the morning. So I did after walking to a parts store to get some cables. Went to the front desk and the guy that was working front told me they couldn't help me. Wheres the Hospitality with this place. Won't stay here again.

Rooms aren't as nice as advertised, bed was super uncomfortable.service was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful.

Fellow Oklahomans going to the Two Step Inn Festival - KEEP DRIVING! This website catfished us with such nice pictures, but the place is dirty, musty, and the front desk person was incompetent at refunds when we requested to cancel our stay after we arrived to such deplorable conditions. We understood we couldn't get a refund for the day we checked in, but we could for the following 2 days. However instead of refunding the money, they charged the card two extra times resulting in quite a financial mess due to it being a weekend and not being able to speak to anyone at the bank. I don't even know how this place is still in business unless it's because of hookers and drug addicts (and unsuspecting travelers like we were). The lobby is dim and dirty, the ceramic on the tub was peeling, the toilet leaked at the base, the lights in the room didn't work, and there was dog food on the dirty floor. All other hotels were sold out for the night and we had no other choice but to stay, so we went to Walmart and bought our own towels, sheets and pillow cases, and bought bleach to clean everything and still opted to stand on towels while we showered. Camping in tents is cleaner than this place! There honestly isn't one nice thing I can say about this motel other than it's close to San Gabriel Park, which is the reason we needed a place to stay.

Expect a "surprise" cash fee upon arrival. Checked with Choice Hotels and they're aware of him doing this practice. Whether you pay ahead of time for the room online or not, you'll be forced to pay an additional $10 IN CASH at the front desk. If you question the practice, the desk attendant will threaten to make you leave.

Just keep driving. This place was dirty. There were dead crickets laying outside the door and live crickets inside. There were only 2 pillows and one set of towels in the bathroom. The microwave and fridge were dirty and the room smelled musty. They also charged me much more than their listed price.

Idk how these places is still in business as soon I walk in there was a bad smell and a bad vibe the blanket was staied with dry blood and other stuff found bedbug nest on the bed the toilet was never cleaned there was still pee on the seat the bath room nasty I walk out hade to get my money back service was rude the guy offered to change the blankets but how can u sleep on a bed covered in bed bugs and dry blood

Cheap a'f, Cleanish but hot water pipe system is beyond archaic and takes several, long incredibly inconvenient minutes to even impersonate anything resembling warmth. Be prepared to let your wits and the water run for 30min+

Do not stay here unless you have to. I was going to stay here for 2 nights but when I checked in I got to my room and it was completely over run by crickets. 20-30 all around the room. I went back to the office, said I can't stay here in this condition, they offered an alternative room which also had several crickets in the room. The office said it's just the climate and that's just how it is there implying the problem is universal which was obviously bogus. I left, checked into another hotel down the way and had no cricket issues. Even without the cricket issue the place was extremely run down. No refund offered, nor given.

Terrible place. Just tried to get my stepson a room and they would not rent to him. They tried to say that they could not accept his temporary ID. But my wife had called them earlier and they said they would accept it. Law Enforcement will accept it but this place will not? Totally unacceptable!

SCAM ALERT. Reserved a space on their own website and got a confirmation. When at the office they said that it was just to hold the room, and tried to charge $150 when the reservation was for $130.13. Super suspicious.

Rooms are very dark and unwelcoming…. Weird smell. The man on phone lied to us about the breakfast, just cereal and milk. Hallways were dirty as if no one has vacuumed in a while….

First, the front desk lied and said they provided Eggs and sausages for breakfast! They only provide cereal, milk, coffee and milk. The breakfast had only four tables and was a very small area. There were painters painting the breakfast area and it was only 8: 30 am, and people wanting their breakfast or coffee had to eat while the painters were painting! The rooms are dirty and have not been swept. The sheets were stained. The hallway was not vacuumed and it smelled musty. Select another motel for your hard money earned.

As far as budget motels go this is the bottom of the barrel. The Continental breakfast consisted of warm milk and cereal with tang drink mix being labeled as orange juice. When I first entered my room I was knocked over by the smell of dirty socks. I don't know where they're spending the money but it's definitely not on the building or the landscape around it.

Three stars for location only because of the construction on the highway close by.
Three stars on the room has been remodeled but poor lighting and ventilation room tents to get humid when air conditioning is run on a hot day.
Service very friendly and helpful but I don't like talkin through bulletproof glass when there is a perfectly good reception area!
Also good parking for truck and trailer!

Absolutely a great hotel/motel. Clean spacious rooms, close to historic downtown, and the service and accommodations were amazing

Bad customer service, receptionist is the worst, these is my first time writing a negative review i felt offended by the receptionist telling me negative things about getting a room. I would not likely recommend, i am really disappointed

This may be the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. If we hadn't been in a hurry to get to an event we would have left as soon as we walked in the lobby. THEN.the room.old and run down, dirty, (enough that we didn't even shower). The towels we're supposed to be white, I think.
There were burns in the bedspread! AND the AC wouldn't get below 76. You would think with a reservation that they would at the very least turn on the AC in the room at check in time. There was a door in the room connected to another room with a peep hole. Shouldn't a connecting room have double doors without a peep hole? !? $180+ too! I should have read the reviews instead of just looking at the rating. My thoughts.just don't!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place was beyond disgusting! I could only make it 2 hours before I had to get out of there. I didn't even use the toilet, bc I didn't trust it was cleaned. There were bugs that I didn't notice until right before the 2 hour mark. The lady at the front didn't even bat an eye when I said it was too gross to stay in. Called the manager this morning for a refund, and he refused, saying I should've left within the first 30 min and asked for a different room. Be aware that they are independently owned, so corporate can't do a thing. I have never had an experience this terrible and gross, only to be disrespected by the OWNER. This place has a lot of potential with the location, but don't waste your time or money.
