Had some spontaneous issues pop up during our RV trip to AZ. Rodfathers was able to get us in next morning and fix them and get us back on our way quickly! Also everyone we talked to and dealt with was incredibly nice and helpful! So refreshing we were also able to pick up a couple RV supplies in their attached little store and the prices were good. Just a great experience all around.

Rodfathers folks are amazing, quick, (especially compared to some in this area) and honest! Great people all around! Definitely number one in the texas panhandle!

I have had paint repairs on my travel trailer performed here in the past, and was very satisfied with the results, pricing, and time to complete repairs; however, it seems as though repeat business is not a priority for Rodfathers RV Body Shop.
I had scheduled to have repairs to replace my roof and body side paint damage repaired due to a mishap with tree limb. After scheduling the repairs I decided to upgrade the roof replacement with a product that is better than the original rubber roofing to be installed by my selling dealership, and is not offered by this facility.
I then scheduled a new appointment with Rodfathers for repairs of the body side paint damage. Today they called me to inform me that they would not be unable to perform the body side paint repairs after having the roof replaced at another facility due to the need to remove items on the roof that would be covered by the new roof material. I explained that this would not be the case as all of the work I needed them to do would be below the roof gutters, nothing on the roof radius or top of the roof.
I was then told it would be too complicated working with my insurance company to file supplements, and the differences in labor rates between this facility and the service center doing the roof repair. I might add that they have no idea if there is a difference between the two facilities labor rates; they only have the labor rates indicated for all the repairs on the insurance company estimate, which could be adjusted through the filing of a supplement.
It seems to me that they decided if they couldn't get the entire $12K+ repair job they weren't interested in providing ~$3-4K worth of services to a returning customer.
I said in the beginning I "was" satisfied with my previous experience with this facility; however, based on how they treat a returning customer I can't recommend them or use them again for so much as a black tank valve replacement, but you can decide for yourself.

I will be using them long term. My first experience with them was fantastic. They the work done faster than expected and went above and beyond with the quality they put into repairs. I’m grateful for the folks there and the customer service and communication was 5 star.

Stellar experience all around. Michael and Shawna were fast, courteous, helpful, and a dream to deal with. We lost some skirting on our RV in high winds on the way up to Amarillo. They were able to squeeze us in on short notice while we ran a few errands. I hope to not need them again but if I ever did I wouldn't hesitate.

My husband and his brother were driving on 40E in Amarillo when an 18 wheeler side swiped him and took off his side mirror…among other things. My husband called Rodfathers RV, in Amarillo and Michael said he could come in around 1: 00. They went to the shop and met Shawna. They could not say enough good things about Michael and Shawna. They had a mirror in parts that would help my husband get back home to FL. Extremely fair pricing and great customer service. One hour later, they were back on the road. Thank you! We will be highly recommending you to our fellow RVer’s! Before and after photos below.

We can't say enough good things about Rodfathers! We had a hydraulic issue with one of our stabilizers not going all the way up. With the RV craze, no one would even talk to us about a service appointment for over a month! Shauna was very kind to listen to our plight and get us in. Michael was a saint for looking our RV over and finding the problem (loose connection) in no time and getting us back on our family road trip. Again, just great people all around. Highly recommend.

I was needed a part for one of my compartment doors, a shock (I now know what it is) and vent lid. I called and talk to Shawna and she had me email a couple pictures of what I was needing so she could ask the owner if they carried it or could order it. They did have both in stock and I was able to get on my way. Great customer service and very helpful, highly recommend.

I needed to have the slide topper on my rv repaired because of wind damage during my cross country trip. They were able to get me in and repair it the same day so I could be back on the road. They did a great job, I highly recommend them.

I purchased a 5th wheel travel trailer from the Copart auction in Amarillo. Upon picking it up, I realized the kingpin was crooked and I couldn't close the hitch jaws all the way. After calling 3 different companies, Michael was able to supply a takeoff pinbox for a fair price. Thank you Michael for treating a traveler in a bind with respect and good service.

The workmanship on the primary job itself was very good. Only thing I was dissatisfied with was the wash job I paid $100 for turned out it was only a half job the top of my trailer was not touched. Very noticeable since the heavy dirt was still showing over the front edge when I pulled up. Evidently, they do not get on top of rv's to do a complete wash job as I was told after the fact. Very disappointing.

I was desperate to find an AC for our RV. I called and she took the time to call the owner to find out If they had what I needed. When they did not have the part she pointed me to another shop. That shop has exactly what I needed! Very courteous and helpful!
