I had a good experience w the staff, medical assistant and Dr Navarro. He was thorough with responses to my questions listened to my concern and issue regarding my pain. He took interest in wanting to help me. He has great support from his front office staff. They were friendly and patient w explaining and/or giving me options to process me in to the appointment.

HIs teams of people he has are amazing and so understanding and listen to what are needs to feel more comfortable

He saw me for about 5 minutes. Sent me off for some tests. 6 months later I still havent received my results. I paid over $700 the time of the visit, I've also been hit 3 month later with an additional $211 dollar bill.

His office is only open like 1 day a week and they do not return phone calls.

Pass. Find someone better.

The whole staff at this location treated us very well. I went there today with my 14 year old daughter and even she mentioned how laid back and cool they seemed. Dr. Navarro has a sense of humor and he seems super nice. That’s all you need when you’re going to see a doctor! I would definitely go back if needed and I would recommend him with my whole 10 fingers

Dr. Navarro and the staff there are the best there is. My son and I are so thankful we have them through this process. I am 100% confident in my son's treatment and care.

My son visited The Ortho San Antonio Team, and was nothing but happy with their service. The entire staff provided excellent service and professionalism. Dr Navarro is an awesome doctor. He takes the time to talk to you and listen to you. Hard to find good doctors like him!
