Rodriguez Moises MD, San Antonio TX

Dr. Rodriuez is a good psychiatrist, been seeing him since late last year but he definitely needs new office staff. The receptionist is rude and disrespectful which for someone working for a psychiatrist and dealing with people mental health can be harmful. I rescheduled my appointment 32 hours in advance and since it wasn’t the 48 she wanted to charge me a cancellation fee which I thought was ridiculous, especially with how long I’ve been seeing him and me paying out of pocket to even see him.that was enough to let me go somewhere else

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rodriguez for several weeks now. He has helped me a lot. I have pretty significant PTSD/Depression related to a death I witnessed. It’s been rough but I feel like we are making progress. He asks a lot of questions, he explains things in terms I can understand and he is compassionate. His receptionist Lettie is great, a very kind and compassionate person. She stays on top of appointments and reminders. I’ve had no issues and nothing but positive contacts. But I also participate by keeping appointments and discussing issues with Dr Rodriguez to the best of my ability. I also try to meet the commitments we talk about during our meetings.

I was a patient of Dr Moises from the time that I was 6 years old all the way through most of college. He was also my uncle’s doctor for most of his adulthood (high school through the last couple years of his life). Dr Moises is a great doctor, always taking notes and remembering the smallest things about you and your family. He genuinely listens to you and cares for his patients.

Dr. Rodrigues is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and empathetic doctor. I highly reccomend him.

Terrible psychiatrist. I would never recommend him to anybody. He overcharges and is worthless when it comes to actual help. Also his wife is the receptionist and very difficult to talk to. Never go to this dr. Find someone else.
