Roger Beasley Mazda South, Austin TX

I've been driving Mazda's for about 25 years. Currently have three at the house right now and I can tell you that the service at Mazda South is beyond five stars.
Recently had a tiny paint defect that was covered by warranty and they just couldn't have made it easier to get repaired. Tim Harshaw the service manager was as friendly and professional as anyone could be. Impressed me enough to get off my behind and write a review! Great job Mazda South and Tim Harshaw!

I was told I could pay 3 grand for a used car cash. I waited for an hour and then the come an told me that they couldn't sell the car to me because a check engine light. I will never do busy with these people.

Excellent experience with Carlos and Josh! Josh started us off and took care of literally all of our needs and Carlos wrapped us up. Everything went smooth and was handled prior to our arrival. We spent less than 30 minutes in the dealership just signing docs and walked out with our car. Definitely would return!

After a month and a half of car shopping, I ended up at this dealership and it was a breath of fresh air! All the people working here are super friendly and not pushy at all, like most dealerships are. One thing that really was the deciding factor to buy from this dealership was their loaner test drives. It really helped me make a decision getting to have the car in my possession for longer than a 20 minute test drive. Alfredo was great and made the process seamless. Even after I have bought the car, I can still reach out to him with any questions and he's always happy to help!

Had a routine service appointment with Matt, went smooth as usual. He is always super knowledgeable and friendly, my “go to” in the service department!

This place was an oasis in a desert of car dealerships. Everywhere I went before here was determined to sell me a car out of my budget. "For every extra $1,000, it's only about $25 per month! " Do not care. I had a budget. Lee Ann (e?) was extremely helpful. She didn't try to sell me something out of my range. Everyone here was very helpful and reasonable. They even picked me up from my apartment to come and get the car the next day! I'm very happy with my 2010 Mazda3. Thanks, y'all!

Matt is really nice and provided wonderful service, however my only complaint is whoever greeted me when I parked my car inside the garage was not helpful at all.

I had specifics requests and Kevin kept me informed as new arrivals came in. When I made my choice he was very thorough when showing me all if the features and how theynwork.

Service was fast and quick I'd recommend most anyone there. I am a rewards member for the Roger Beasley club so I may have gotten faster service. But every time I've gone things have been done correctly.
