Terrible customer service everytime I come here. Lady at the register was rude as all get out. If you don’t have to come here don’t.

Always very friendly staff & will jump hoops to find what you need or find something that will work for your needs.

I have been able to get everything I need that I couldn't get from the big stores. Staff very helpful.

I have been to weekly for years. People are friendly and helpful. If they do not have whatever you are looking for it will be there the next time you are there.

Got everything I needed and it was cheap just wish y'all wouldn't run this place like a jail. Dude helping should really work on how he talks to people.

I love this place. They have little stuff that you cannot find at other hardware stores or Walmart.

Great, knowledgeable staff and they have everything under the sun from pink yard flamingos to plumbing and electrical supplies. I like it so much more than the big box shopping experience!

If you're in Rockwall Texas and you need hardware and supplies this is the only place you should go

Every time I go there is a great experience they are really helpful and knowledgeable total opposite to home depot.

They have it all for home & garden. I can always find what I need and tge employees are very helpful. They instantly tell you exactly where it is in the store. The only negative would be that the store requires a card like a grocery store. I really don't want to have to use a card to shop at such a great place. Otherwise it would be a 5 review.

Rogers & Rogers Ace Hardware in Rockwall is the best! The staff is very friendly & very knowledgeable about the store & products they carry. It's always a pleasure to go there.

Family friendly location. Everytime I've walked in I'm always greeted and asked if I need some help finding what I need. No high-pressure sales or pushy workers. It's like talking to family when you shop here. I like that. The location has a great parking lot with tons of space and very convenient to get in and out of.

Needed a key made that couldn't be made on the newer machines, they had the right one and where very cooperative and friendly.
Larger chain stores could learn a thing or two from these smaller stores. Very helpful.
BTW: Thsnks for the keys, they did work.

Had an emergency gasoline can over turned and Spilled in truck and Ace Hardware helped me make sure that it did not start fire by getting water and etc etc wow incredible service!

I needed one hose for a kitchen faucet. I was told that there is only one standard fitting that was very common in all situations, so I bought it trusting in the expertise of ace hardware. Turns out, there are more than one fitting and I ended up having to go back to swap it out.

I love old-fashioned hardware stores, so I was glad to go there. The employee helped me find what I needed and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't.

Ok.so it is a very quiet store and within the community. So your going to get one on one service the whole time. Prices are going to be a couple of extra dollars, but sometimes that doesn't matter since you dont want to go to big box store for a few things

Very knowledgeable friendly staff. Prices are a bit higher than home depot, but it's much closer to my house, and a lot easier to get in and out when I'm in a hurry.

Always show up 10 minutes before they close
They will lock their door in you face 5 minutes before closing and look at you.
Have had it happen to me twice.
