Romano's Macaroni Grill, Fort Worth TX

I love their pasta and lunch menu here, easy access to the freeway and quick service with a quiet atmosphere. Came back and had service by Will, incredible food, wine, and his excellent service. The music is also top notch.

Macaroni Grill was legit one of my favorite places, it’s sad to see how many closed. It’s a great treat to find one that’s open and experience that same atmosphere, food and service. I love the crayons and paper table cloths, even if I am an adult

Not only do you have unprofessional staff, but you have a horrible management that before we even have a bite came to discuss the price on the table which is unprofessional, no respect, and I believe it was done to us because we were not what I am not coming back to this restaurant ever again and I’ll advise my family to cut off this horrible service

Manager Jennifer was so accommodating when our travel baseball team was in town. She worked to get an extra server in to make it happen for us. Our server Shy was so welcoming, calm and patient with our group of 40. Other servers pitched in to help get our group in and out in about 2 hours. Food was delicious and no fuss was made when one of the kids spilled a water everywhere. Really thankful that they made it possible for us to have a team & parent dinner.

Decent food but really great service. We had the sweetest waitress, Cheyanne, who went above and beyond!

We are from out of town and really wanted to try this place. After being seated for 35 minutes we still had no appetizers or bread and hungry. There were 3 tables that came in after us that were served and 2 of them given bread. Then our waiter came to tell us that they were out of bread and when he left the table we watched as the 3rd table to come in after us was given bread. 2 tables even got their meals yet we just had our drinks. We eventually just had to walk out and go elsewhere. Very disappointing. We are on vacation for our anniversary and tonight was our last night to go out.

I used a BOGO coupon and it felt like they made meel according to that, one of my dishes was decent with sauce and a good sized chicken (2 chicken parms with Alfredo sauce) and the other felt like they made it with the left over pasta they had after making the first meal. The pasta had almost zero sauce on it at all, chicken as well only had the cheese. They didn't give any bread with my Togo order either. The tiramisu was delicious, zero issue with that. Felt like I got buy one get a kids meal for free instead of an actual entree. Kinda sad, I used to love macaroni grill. This is the last location in the DFW area, I hope this is an outlier and not the norm because I don't Wana lose them completely.

Fantastic ratings on literally everything our server was beyond fantastic, she suggested a dish that I wouldn't have normally chosen and it was out-of-this-world. Everyone enjoyed their dinners, the circle was attentive but not hovering, overall it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time.

We ate here since we were staying next door at Fairfield Inn and Suites. I had the lobster bisque followed by the Bibb and Bleu with Shrimp add-on. My husband had the penne rustica and a caesar salad. The salad and shrimp extras were only $3.50 each. Of course a large warm loaf of bread and olive oil was included. Our server was very nice and attentive. The prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely go back when in Fort Worth.

Everything from the time we came in until we left was perfect! The food was outstanding. The service was impeccable & the atmosphere was quite nice as we arrived just before they were closing, we were still welcomed in by their staff.
We took our leftovers back to our motel fridge. We were in Ft. Worth for a Kid Rock concert the next evening. After the concert we were partied out & ubered back to our rooms. I can not start to tell you how wonderful it was heating our leftovers up without leaving again. It was better than it had been the night before, if possible, and we each had enough to fill us up.
Needless to say, we slept like happy, little rocks.
Tulsa lost it's only Macaroni Grill a few years ago. Obviously, we miss it so very much.

Everything was fine until I paid. They basiclly scammed me by claiming there wasn't enough 2 cover the bill after I gave them a 20 as a tip! 20 bucks in gc, stolen!

The new manager Jennifer is amazing.excellent food and she is really making this restaurant the best Italian place in Fort Worth.excellent curbside service and very good feast for 5 for $30. Excellent job for amazing dinner.

We had a really great experience at this restaurant. Jennifer the GM really went above and beyond. The food was good too!

Was there on a busy day. Food was below average to average. Service was horrendous. Waitress went out for multiple smoke breaks between visits and was apparent. Probably contributing to slow service.

We celebrated a birthday there today and had a wonderful time. It wasn't crowded for a Saturday at dinner. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was excellent!

Great restaurant my family and I have a great dinner! Some food was good other ones not what I expected and need it a little bite more flavor. They didn’t have the Italian bread they use to give us already cut it in slices. I didn’t like that to cut our bread it was hard to cut it.

The place was less than half-full when the fiancee and I walked in late Saturday afternoon. Another couple was already ahead of us and we all stood around for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to greet us at the hostess station. Once seated, the hostess disappeared and no one ever came to wait on us. We sat for 15 minutes without a single person coming to our table. No water, no bread, no silverware, no menus. No nothing! No waitstaff even came near enough to our table to flag down. We finally walked out without ever being acknowledged in any way. Can't imagine ever going back to this location after this level of service.
