Romex Pest Control, Plano TX

I have been using Romex for years and really enjoy their plant based pest control options. We have never had an infestation of insects/rodents in the 2 years with Romex. Their technicians are very professional and considerate and pay attention to describe the services provided and ask if there are any new concerns or problem areas. Their technician Amos is wonderful and outstanding in the service provided in the multiple service calls he has done at our home. Their service and products are excellent!

I dealt with Mannie (sales) and Kevin Gonzalez (tech). Both were extremely nice and informative. I even joked with Kevin that everyone with Romex is extremely nice. Both Kevin and Mannie went over everything with us and answered any questions we had. Kevin was efficient and thorough during the service. He explained what he was doing and why.

Romex does such a great job treating our home! Tucker goes the extra mile to make sure everything is well maintained.

Just had my home sprayed for bugs. Vlad was the serviceman who conducted the service. Did a great job, he was both personable and knowledgeable. Appreciated his ability to explain the process.

II have just started w/ Romex. We decided to go with Romex after reading all the good reviews. Our first encounter with a Romex employee was when their sales/ promoter came to our door. I wish I could remember his name. He was a gentleman and not pushy. My next encounter was when I called their office to ask a question regarding their services. Again a very helpful employee. David from Romex came out and did the servicing of our home. He was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. Though I'm very new with this company, so far so good. With my experience with them, I would certainly recommend Romex.

Johnny recently sprayed our home and exterior. He took care of all our spider webs and even took care of some wasp nests. He was very professional.

Tech was courteous, professional and on time! Took time at end to go over specifics and re-assure me about the service! Included a cobweb service on inside and outside was the cherry on the top! Cleaning and pest control! Not bad! I also liked how he said fond things about the company and was happy to work there.
