Have had Romex coming for a year or so. Very thorough service, they come back if there are ANY problems of any sort. Our service person, Keely, is amazing.

Not a very good pest control company. On the first treatment i was home but after that I was unable to be there. I only recieved notes that they were thier. But i still have ants, wasps, spiders all outside. Just very dissatisfied. Would not recommend you guys.

We have recently started service and each technician that has come to our home have been friendly and very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. We had sugar ants, and they came and sprayed for them in between our normal service. They were out within days of my request.

Great job. Listens to our concerns and addresses them. We have had this business for several years and no intention to change.

Wonderful work. Made sure all bug traps were replaced with new ones and got all cob webs down.

Again with rain the service was conclude but with rain it’s impossible have a right service, looks like the past years Romex just looking for profit customer satisfaction was not priority

BY FAR THE BEST. I spoke with a few other companies and even had them come out to inspect our situation. None of them had even a fraction of the knowledge & expertise that Ronnie, from Romex did. They actually saved me thousands of dollars.

Our outside had a lot of spider webs and he did a great job. Sprayed inside too and did garage. Very professional

Timothy from Romex did a great service for me. He patiently listened to my issues and able to do the necessary service. They don’t try to upsell new services in their visit. I would definitely recommend them.

Very courteous and professional so far. Despite having a Taexx system pre installed in our new home we went with Romex. Hope it's the right call. Will update after a year
