Romney Pediatric Dentistry, Bartonville TX

It was a tough appointment but I think Dr. Romney did as good as he could have given the seriousness of the situation. My 5yr old daughter was already in alot of pain and needed the extraction so I am grateful that it is resolved. I appreciate him calling to check on her afterwards also.

I have 3 kids one of which is so nervous to go to the dentist (5yrs old) and Dr. Romney was so patient and good with her! I really appreciated his the time he took with each of my kids and I love his friendly front staff. Finally dentist success.

Dr. Romney makes each of my four kids feel at ease and even excited about the dentist! He is thorough without over diagnosing. His staff is great! Friendly, efficient, and competent all around.

We love Dr. Romney and his staff. I'm so happy we found someone my son likes. The prize wall and TV's are a huge plus!

My daughter was already an established patient just she had new insurance since our last visit and to be clear all of my 3 children were going here and only 2 had insurance change. They refused to see her even tho they just recently quit taking their new insurance and were only not taking new patients with the insurance. Well she isn’t a new patient. But still refused. I use to think this was a good dentist until this. I mean it was just a check up she’s an established patient. It is hard enough getting into the doctor or dentist or well anything of the sort at this point with covid, and now dentists want to make it even more so of a challenge for parents. Finding someone accepting new patients anywhere at this time is a challenge. Being a single parent and having a dentist that clearly has no compassion for their patients is even worse. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! When my children had their first visit they blew my phone up for days prior to confirm. This dentist isn’t worth the headache. Only saw the dentist for 2 seconds for a check up for each of my 3 kids. Dentist literally does nothing. Staff clearly doesn’t have proper patient care just like the dentist. And clearly you guys don’t care or value your patients enough to make things easier during this time of covid. It shows y’all are more all about the money and not about your patients. I will just make sure I let any and everyone know not to use you guys as a dentist. ALL THIS PLACE CARES ABOUT IS THE MONEY AND NOT AT ALL ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT ACTUALLY CARES!

Dr Romney is the best pediatric dentist I’ve seen. He’s very knowledgeable about dentistry and only uses behavioral management techniques that make children comfortable and make me comfortable. Also his prize wall is the bomb!

I was very displeased in Dr Romney’s bedside manner. One appointment made my young daughter petrified to go to the dentist again. He took no time and seemed to just want to finish as quick as possible. I was also disappointed that I was charged extra without explaining beforehand. This is an issue when we do not have dental insurance.

Best pediatric dentist EVER! My son loves going to Romney Pediatric Dentistry! He enjoys picking his prize from the wall and loves the video games.

Only amazing experiences at Romney Pediatric Dentistry! Such kind staff with young, lively front desk. After a little confusion with a bill, the office manager herself, politely and helpfully, explained everything to me all while smiling. Dentist was very funny and explained everything to my (nervous) child. I will most certainly be returning and sharing this dentistry with those I care about. I only wish I hadn't spent so much time taking my children elsewhere!

Great great great first experience with Romney Pediatric Dental. Was able to call and quickly make an appointment and we knew my son would not like getting his mouth looked at since he fights so much to brush his teeth everyday. They were so kind and patient and his screaming did not bother the hygienist or Dr. Romney. They went over so much and we left with all of our questions answered. Excited to find a pediatric dentist and office that really loves kids and make them a priority.

I'm so glad I found this place. Dr. Romney is amazing with my kids and I have 4 with different ages from 11 to 2 yr old. All of them love the friendly staff and Dr. Romney. The prices are honest prices nothing overcharge which make me feel confident that his recommendations and treatments are fair and justified. He does an amazing job working with kids for example, he was able to put a crown in one of my kids when other doctors tried with no option than sedation. The front desk staff is also amazing! This is going to be our dentist for many years to come!

Dr. Romney is amazing with children. When walking into Romney PD I was welcomed by friendly staff while my kids were welcomed by comfort and entertainment. The kids immediately sat on the couches and started watching movies and playing video games which was a great distraction from what's to come. Dr. Romney made the visit so great that my kids are actually looking forward to their next appointments. Thanks for the t-shirts Dr. Romney the kids love them!
