They need to utilize at least 7 of there windows out of 18 only have 1 open and look like it's about 50 people waiting on Meds. Just ridiculous.

Busy! There was about a two minute wait to enter. Acceptable reason was simply due to being checked out with COVID-19 questions and have your body temperature tested. This was no problem at all! I just want to be clear on that. Otherwise, another pleasant visit. Main lobby Customer Service attendant behind that large, lobby desk is always very nice to me. That is always priceless. I mean, sometimes you end up going to the hospital simply because "it's your turn, ". If you know what I mean. All in all this new building shines! Plus, the campus is so beautifully landscaped. Check it out yourself. You just might agree.

Excellent service helpful kind caring thoughtful patient staff, and pharmacist. Clean, and sanitize. But are not cleaning after each person. A big seated waiting area for your number to to called and you receive your prescription meds, pay talk with a Pharmacist. But no one wipes down anything, or any areas after each person visit the window. Just have a hand sanitizer dispenser. I believe it would be best if they hire someone to wipe down the area at each window, after each customer leave the window, because you have to touch the area, and use the payment device. Germs. Other than that. It's a wonderful pharmacy. Thanks for everything. I appreciate each of you. Stay safe and careful. Stay strong and encourage.

DO NOT VALLET PARK. ESPECIALLY IN THE RAIN! They left our window down IN THE RAIN. Can’t get a hold of any supervisor. Patients should know they are coming back to their car in the same condition it was given. Had to walk to where the car was parked to only see window was down and inside completely soaked. Happened 5/20/21. Patient Oscar E, black Cadillac. I know if I don’t get a call back they’ll see this. This was just plain stupid. Don’t know how else to put it. Leaving a patients window down in rain?

There aren’t that many county hospitals that are that nicely built and with so many excellent doctors that are experts at their fields at Parkland, the excellent UT Southwestern and other hospitals.
The wait time is long especially in some specialties, but the medical care you get is very good and the health care providers are kind and professional. I love the fact that a homeless person can be treated as professionally and kindly as another doctor or the CEO of a company.
Parkland’s rooms are high tech, clean, comfortable, and better equipped than most of your average hospitals. The views are terrific and the entire buildings, waiting rooms, clinics and operation areas are all modern and very well-kept.
I hope more people with all kinds of insurances visit Parkland because most trauma patients are usually taken to Parkland and that says a lot about the capabilities of the hospital and it’s care team.

If someone told me Parkland was rated the best community hospital in the world I would absolutely believe them. It's nothing short of amazing what they can do with their massive patient load.

I get my regular medical care at one of the Parkland neighborhood clinics and have been very satisfied with my care there. Frequently I have been sent to the Anderson Clinic for care or testing not offered at my local clinic. My experience with Anderson has always been very good. The staff polite and professional. The parts of the facility I've frequented are clean and well kept. Having always had an appointment, my wait times have always been reasonable considering it is the hub of a city-wide system. Waiting areas are occasionally louder than I would like but I've encountered worse at private offices. My advice.bring a book. You're not gonna get in and get out.

Bad experience with mailing system! My meds were sent to the wrong post office which has delayed my blood pressure meds! Putting me at a higher risk of an hearr attack!
