We were recommended by a friend that had used them. Very professional job from start to finish. Could not be happier! Very impressed with how they cleaned up throughout the job. Was concerned with how they would deal with our 60 solar panels, but everything went well and the panels are producing just like before. Will certainly recommend Roofs By Nicholas.

I needed to get my roof done in a pinch and Will and all his team at Nicholas’ Roofs went above and beyond to make it happen. I went with Moire Black shingles and they look really good. I’ll try and post some pics later.

Mr Sam was very helpful and courteous. He made sure my water heater and furnace vents were ok after the repair.

The company does great work, Joseph explained everything to me about my insurance claim and repairs to be done. The quality of the work is good and the inspector was great as were the workers. The only complaint I have is the lack of scheduling communication. They called me 2 hours before they wanted to start working on my roof in the middle of the work day. I was told they would call me a day or so before and that did not happen. I was scrambling to get a family member to go to my house during the day with such short notice and secure my dogs. They did not finish the same day and needed to come back the next morning. They said 9 am and did not show up until 10. They do get the work done fast, but the lack of advanced notice for planning for working people is severely lacking!

I recently had the roof on my house replaced and contacted Roofs by Nicholas. The gentlemen were extremely gracious and professional in helping me navigate the homeowners’ insurance side of the equation and went well above and beyond in meeting my expectations. Roofs by Nicholas now has replaced two roofs for my family. They have always done great work and stayed very affordable. Jon Stepan helped us a ton with the planning and prep work. He works with our insurance quickly and always helps explain exactly what will be done to your roof. We will be calling them again in the future!

The roofing crew showed up when they were supposed to. They had enough guys to tear off the old shingles, repair two skylights and install new shingles the same day.
