Dave Jackson was so incredibly knowledgeable about the RTG products and very patient with us today. We were all over the showroom but loved the Italian leather the most! I am very disappointed. I purchased a living room set on August 5th. The salesperson said it should be a couple of weeks to deliver but no more than 4 weeks. I gave my old furniture away expecting my new set no later than Saturday September 2 in time for Labor Day. After calling, I find out my delivery date is September 15th. I had to make other plans for Labor day and not have company over after all since I didn't have living room furniture. What ever happened to keeping a promise?

Our salesman, Trinity was great! Very attentive and to the point. Not too pushy. Explained all the features, warranties in detail. Seemed to be knowledgeable about the different furnishings we looked at. Was in and out the door, quick!

Dave was super helpful and made the process to getting my reading chair in the exact color I wanted. Then he patiently helped us make a decision on a new dining table till we found the one we both liked. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and we enjoyed our visit.
