Kent the store representative that assisted my wife and I did an amazing job explaining everything. He listened to our needs and got us exactly what we needed. Definitely coming back for more.

They have NO furniture available I looked at 4 different sets and all were not available for almost 3 months away! I then looked at dinning tables the table was available but the chairs were out for 6 weeks! That’s a joke! Commercials say quick delivery.um no!

The store manager at this location, Mike, is a rude, sexist, and racist person! He wouldn’t look at my wife when talking to her, was so rude towards her and would ignore her when she was talking. Such a disgrace!

Good stuff, reasonable price! Their delivery charges are more than any other furniture store. Staff is good but not motivated enough to tell you about different features of a furniture piece.

We spent $6,000 on furniture here 1 month ago. We come back in to spend another $1,000 on a dining room set and were told by management that the set can’t be released for another week due to corporate coming in to make the floor look full! We needed this for an event. Sales associates were top notch but management is wrong for caring more about corporate appearance than their own customers.

Staff was very helpful and not pushing to make a sale. We bought yet another room furniture from them within 7 months of each other. We will be back for more.

Very poor service from Nina. When we cancelled an order because of stock availability and went back to order something else, I received very poor assistance and she had an attitude issue. She guided me to a store that didn’t have the floor sample/model that I wanted to see. Basically, a wasted effort, gas and time. Never going back to this store again.

You can find good furniture there but a little bit more expensive compare to other places. But it worth it.

"Absolutely terrible service. You guys delivered the wrong table (after my wife confirmed 3x that the correct table was ordered). Call the store to rectify only to have a store manager (can't believe she really was) tell me that you guys have a no return policy. This is being escalated "

No customer service looked at us like we didn’t have the money to afford anything. Didn’t even greet us but then greeted a white women behind us. Just not a good place to buy furniture. If you ever want to go buy furniture Ashley home store is the way to go shows you with great respect and treats everyone equally.

This review is not for their staff which can be pushy and rude. This review is for their dreadful customer service and automated delivery system. I urge you go to the store and look at the merchandise but order online. The selection is good and the quality so far seems acceptable but I rather deal with a computer than the customer service staff for deliveries.

Poor delivery. The delivery guys couldn't speak or understand english. Then of course, they couldn't follow directions. What kind of rinky-dink operation are your running! Considering having someone come pick up this furniture and take my business elsewhere. This place doesn't deserve my money.

1st service tech is available in 30 days. Just hope your furniture is made correctly. The bed board (sits below the mattress and on top on the wooden planks) is too small and is potentially dangerous is your foot slips in the gap. They don't care about that either.

I bought a queen bed, mattress and a dresser. The sales rep was extremely helpful and professional. She was very friendly and approachable. They had a good collection and good sale when we visited. I plan to go back to this store for more furnitures.

Never waste your money here. They lie about the products and warranty. We bought living room set for 2k and purchased the bs warranty that does not cover anything. Tales them months to even come out and look at the issue you are having only to try and blame you for said issue.

Customer service is awful.the rep was stuck to us like GLUE, even though we were not interested, she wouldnt budge!
