The employees are very disrespectful and lazy and have made numerous mistakes on multiple of my orders and since it's a local business I've tried to reach the owner Linda and can never get a hold of her and she can never respond or reply even tho I've left multiple messages. I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS LOCATION AT ALL. Plus the bathrooms are always disgusting and dirty. And most of all they always lock the doors an hour or more before closing for the bathroom. And the managers are disrespectful.

Great banh mi with a good vegetarian selection too. The impossible banh mi is great, and so is the crispy tofu (with our without the avocado).

Great experience, the food was delicious, welcoming, friendly staff and knowledgeable of their menu.

Absolutely love the food, it's so fresh, flavorful and delicious. Easy and convenient pick up window if you don't want to go inside and the personell is always very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend if you want are craving vietnamese food. Has a great variety of food and reasonable prices.

I didn't know what I was walking into. I was expecting pho sort of. That is not what they serve or at least that's not what I saw. The young man who was helping me at first looked at me as what was I even bothering to walk in the door for did not say hello to me after me staring at the menu for about a minute he finally addressed me. I believe he was some sort of manager because he was telling other people what to do later on. Not somebody I would want to keep if that was my place of business.

I kept the lettuce leaf items off the egg rolls for that lemon pepper fish sauce crispy tofu box
i would plantgrind that ho- into some squaresteak

Love love love this place. It's great for lunch or dinner. It's usually not very crowded. There's both high tables and normal tables. Food is always fantastic, the staff is eager to answer any questions you may have. I love the vegetarian options. They even have a few local brewery beers/ales/IPAs available.

I'm really impressed with this place. Everytime I try something new it's great. The fries rice, chicken, and ribeye are all really good. I tried the curry and it was fantastic. And the price point is pretty reasonable. I have become a regular at this place.

The staff makes this place a true gem! Food is excellent to boot.

Friendly and highly helpful staff are incredible. I don't think the other locations can compare to what these young front of house people do for their guests. Customer service is way way above average IMHO.

The food is excellent. The ca phe sua da is to die for (yes I get it weekly, trust me it's worth it).

If I had a business I would actively seek their staff to come work for me. That's how amazing they are!

Vietnamese spot but everything is so flavorful.

I really hate to be the person to post negative reviews on a spot that I came to love, but I find it to be our responsibility as a society to bring awareness of what happens in our community. It is gross to see how comfortable businesses get once they have established success or accomplishments. Customer service becomes a old tale of the past and somehow these businesses continue to thrive off of our hard working money. I refuse to become tolerant to this new modern day customer service trash. This place has to do better. Every customer should be treated like royalty and should feel heard and welcomed. The owner didn't seem to care to hear my concerns, she just wanted to get straight to the solution and put an end to my complaint. I will atlesst give her credit for attempting to do something, but still in all, I feel under appreciated. I felt like I was a peasant going to the palace uninvited. There was a lack of urgency and we were frowned upon because I wanted to exchange my box for something different.

Staff patient. First time there and not sure what to get but they took time to answer questions and even gave us a free slaw to taste. It was good! Love the lettuce wrap egg rolls! Even tried lettuce wrap banh mi. Delicious! And the swirl French fries.so good!

We tried the pork belly fried rice and the pork belly banh Mi with a fried egg. I have to say I thought the banh Mi was a little expensive with the egg but once I took a bite of the sandwich, it was extremely crispy and the bread toasted to perfection. The pork belly fried rice was also very delicious. The pork belly is sliced thin and nice portion for appetizers size.

Great customer service. I order he porkbelly sandwich with the cream corn and I don't recommend either one. The pork belly seem to be boiled, not a fan of that. Cream corn was decent, ask for a sample before you commit to it. Would go again to try other sandwiches.

I had the chopped ribeye Banh Mi with coconut cream corn. Drink of choice was the lychee tea. The bread was fresh and toasted perfectly on the outside. The ribeye was tender and delicious. The corn was toasted and tasty! I wonderful experience. I plan to go back.
