Great team at Rooster Ridge. Excellent customer service. In and out quickly. Waiting area was clean and comfortable with a great movie playing. Oil change and inspection in under and hour.

Absolutely awesome shop! They where so accommodating with may situation and did amazing work on my vehicle in a great time. The manager was super helpful and kind. Plus financing options where perfect for my wallet and budget. Definitely come to this shop for your car needs, you'll be in great hands!

I got my inspection done in no time at all. They made a suggestion as to what my next maintenance need would be. It was pouring rain that day and they were kind enough to put my car right next to the office entrance so I didn’t get soaked. They are really friendly and courteous! Thanks guys!

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, they never rotated my tires i had to go in and tell them to rotate them and watch them like little kids.they didn’t change the oil change sticker, how do i even know they changed my oil if they didn’t rotate my tires? A bunch of unreliable chumps.if you really love and want to take care of your car don’t come here.

Rooster Ridge went above and beyond to help me with my Jeep. Adam was very helpful and communicative the entire time. I had a horrible experience dealing with a warranty company for my Jeep’s engine and I think he had just as many phone calls as I did to try to work out the coverage with my warranty company. After a month of negotiations, the Jeep runs perfectly. Thanks for all your hard work!

They were able to get my wheel alignment done quickly and as promised within an hour. I was very happy with the results. I was very happy that the told me they would get it done within an hour and they actually delivered on what they said they were going to do.

Knowledgeable, friendly and super quick on the oil change check up. They have other locations recommended to me to handle car collision repair making it seamless to work all in house which is preferred. Would recommend.

Being new to the area, this shop quickly became mine and my fiancé’s preferred shop for routine car maintenance services due to its convenience and affordability. Up until today at about 2: 55pm. I went in for state inspection, oil change, & wiper blade replacement given the recent weather conditions. James was the one to help me and ultimately, steer my family and I away from this location indefinitely. He walked up to me to verbally confirm the cost of the services in the waiting area but just before he reaches the door, a certain magazine catches his eye and he turns to me with said magazine in hand, and says, “She looks just like you don’t you think? ” The woman in question is of Native American descent wearing full on heavy cultural outfit and headwear. I was racially profiled not even 5 minutes into my visit here, James never apologized to me or looked me in the eye after the incident, instead, Adam was apologizing profusely and assured me he and his staff “are not racist. ”

Whether or not these guys acknowledge how hurtful this encounter is to me is out of my hands. It’s not okay to say things like that to anyone regardless of how you intend for it to come off, it’s all about the context of who you are speaking with and how the message will be received. I’d never seen James in my visits here so for him to say I was “familiar” because of that magazine was outrageous. All I can say is: do better.

Went for an inspection. Was initially happy when they got me in right away but grew increasingly frustrated when the inspection took 30-40 min. Turns out they were spending all their time writing up quotes for work they wanted to do on my truck even though I passed the inspection. I wasn’t there to get up sold on work I can do myself, I there to keep Uncle Sam off my back.

The facility was clean and well staffed. I was told how long I would be waiting and they met the time frame. They checked on a leak that was found during an oil change, and looks like they will be working on my jeep again.

Adam at the front desk was very clear with what the plan was, ti diagnose my cats problem. Within 45 minutes of dropping it off he was already telling me potential causes and making sure I understood what needed to be done.

Amazing service, with me being a single Women it would have been easy to take advantage. They educated me on the issue at hand and set me up for future success! Very Grateful for Adam, Billy, and the rest of the staff!

I got my front brakes, rotors and one caliper replaced same day. My brake fluid was sludge and that was flushed and replaced as well. I'll keep coming back because of the great service, professionalism and craftsmanship.
