Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory reviews
14Met a friend for lunch on Taco Tuesday & got 2 Taco plates, a piece of cake & a beer for $20. We sat on the patio & enjoyed a relaxed, delicious lunch. Staff at order counter were very sweet & helpful. It was wonderful
Great menu! Great food!
People here are so nice.
The food comes out quick.
It is delicious, and mouth watering.
The restaurant is decorated and clean.
Bathrooms are in order, clean and charming.
The experience is positive. The environment peaceful.
There’s a salsa bar that is wonderful.
The tortillas are great.
Meats and food are great!
They totally messed up my order! How do you serve fajitas with no bell peppers or onions. Then give it to me in a tiny cup with 3 pieces of onions and 2 pieces of bell pepper. And totally left out one of the meals.
Food is always freshly made. This is the Chick FIL A of Mexican food. Fast service, drive thru.
This is a family friendly environment.
Great food and prices.
My only concern is at the condiments bar there are no plastic gloves offered to the public. With Covid still a big concern this would add to the experice
The food is almost always good, but the customer service is horrible. If you ever have any issues, the manager is rude and uncaring. I am speaking of the Roanoke location. I will probably just go somewhere else.
Nice little Tex-mex Cafe. It's not table service, you order at the counter and wait for your number to be called, but it went very fast. Lots of salsas and condiments to pick from at salsa bar, and homemade tortillas.
Second week in a row that I didn't get all the items I ordered when the order was given to us. Time to pick another location.
Food was great once we figured out what we were doing. Employees weren't very helpful and the masks further make it difficult to hear/understand what they are saying.
The music in the order area is too loud, you can't hear the order taker very well. Its a little pricy for a family, and the portions are significantly smaller than they used to be. The combo fajitas for "family" for $28 only feeds two people being very modest with the meat. The food is decent, not an authentic mexican food restaurant. Our total came to $70 for 4 kids under 12 and two adults sharing the fajitas.
Greatest first date ever. I met my match here. She's my love. My little. My Dumplin. 42 out of 10. Would recommend.
Manger Angel!
Has no customer service!
He needs to learn more about taking care of the people! With out customers means no job!
Don't you always feel like you spend way too much money. But I guess it's my fault I go there knowing that each time and what do you order so hard to get it right maybe just stick with tortillas and cheese
Food is good. I feel a little cheated however. I ordered a #1 3 beef burrito dinner. I was rung up for a number #15 3 beef burrito. Its a 3 cent difference and does not include rice and beans.
