Many people absolutely love Rosa’s. It’s just not my cup of tea. Seems a little over the top greasiness in all that I have tried. For me; it doesn’t sit well with my stomach.

Found 2 hairs in my tacos. No question if it was mine.
My hair is in a slick back bun. I’m so grossed out. I would hope they wore hair nets.

I was searching for a new breakfast spot- quiet - to do some work, healthy, Wi-Fi, and iced coffee. I have hit another Flower Mound spot regularly, and it’s about $20. Forget that. I could do without the music at Rosas, and they have no Wi-Fi. My phone works fine without it. The booths are a little tight to the table but easily doable. I had a chorizo with egg bowl. It was piled high with refried beans, potatoes, and shredded cheese. I added a coffee. $6.50! Free refills on coffee. Ice machine. And … fresh salsa bar with maybe six or more choices. Fast service. The food was excellent. I’ll add a tortilla next time. UNREAL. Do it.

Really bad customer service through drive-through they just care about their time. Need to worry about the Customer more instead of just how fast you can get done need to take tips from Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out best customer service there.

The manager was kind and very sweet. She told us that it would be a wait for the rice since they ran out but gave us some free snacks on the side as an apology. Would definitely come back just for the great service and delicious food.

Love the chicken fajita's plate, either dine in or pickup on 407. End with a piece of carrot cake!

I have loved eating at Rosa's since I was a teenager in west Texas. It reminds me of home. Taco Tuesdays are always amazing.

Over all it was good experience. I had one cashier give me attitude for no reason and definitely did not appreciate it. I am knocking the service due to that cashier. I cannot remember her name but if I see her I will let managers know. Other than that I enjoyed it!

Great place to eat if you have a hankering for some Mexican food. Love the fresh tortillas. Definitely give taco Tuesday a try.

Today I had a bad experience because I got to buy some margaritas and I paid for them and they told me to wait a little because they were not frozen yet, I waited and after 30 minutes of waiting, sitting down, I returned to the register to find out what was happening in the store. The manager MARIA was at the box, she helped me, she didn't say anything, just with a bad attitude, she gave me a refund, I didn't ask for a refund, I just wanted to know how much longer it would take, she didn't tell me the reason, she didn't even give me an apology or anything. Just as I was angry and with a bad face, in reality, if you don't feel qualified to work with costumer service, you better look for another job. I asked to speak to the manager and Isabel, the one who was on the line, the manager spoke to me with a very good person.attitude and kindness, she apologized for what happened, and I was finally able to have my margarita. Thank you Isabel, this happened at 12: 30 pm

The chili Verde tacos are the closest thing to carne guisada tacos I have found north of San Antonio.

PROs: Great location. Plenty of parking. Beautiful spanish decor, brought back memories of being in Old Town/Mexico's restaurants. Plenty of dishes to choose from. Average cost but the food was ok.
CONs: Reminded me of an upscaled Taco Bell with a self serve salsa and fountain drink bar.

Not what our family expected as our first experience. Walk into place, order at the counter, walk down to pick up your food off trays, locate a place to sit and serve yourself salsa and drinks. To go boxes are located at the food pick up counter.

I don't understand how my order could get so messed up! I know, the cashier doesn't pay attention to what your ordering. I have worked a 12 hour shift and just wanted to get something good for dinner. I spent 50.00 dollars and my order was not even close to what I ordered. You would think they train their cashier, but they don't. Half of my food went right in the trash. Thank you Rosa's for ruining my family's dinner.

SHOULD HAVE GONE TO TACO BELL! I knew this place has the most UNSEASONED slop in the world; somehow, I thought it changed after years of not visiting. In the drive thru, the girl just stoppped answering my questions.it was literally silent for several moments. Then, a different voice came on. I ordered the 2 unseasoned burritos, whom the 1st chick sd it was #18.never saw that. Get to the window and she is standing there, staring as if I just walked into her house unannounced. She gives me 1 napkin and doesn't even say thank you. I knew I should have gone to TACO BELL! DAMMITT! The slop is still slop and the salsa is whack, as well. Smh!

We haven’t been here in a while. I was disappointed to see a drop in food and service quality. They were very slow finishing our order. Most of the tables were dirty. We had trouble finding a seat that didn’t have food in it. It may be a while before we want to try it again.

The customer service is great and the food is too. I always get great food, for a great price!

Asked for a chicken fajita, got a flour tortilla and some bare chicken strips. Nothing else. I guess the salsa counts as all the peppers the fajita is supposed to have. These people don't know anything about TexMex food.
