We dined in. The staff were nice. Our food was pretty quick. The salsa bar is great. The food was awesome. Especially the tamales. We all had different combo platters. And everyone was pleased with their dinner.

The breakfast is great! Can't beat the prices on the breakfast plates and combos. Love the salsa bar and all the options.

So disappointed in the service! The food is excellent, when you can actually get it. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone through the drive thru and been told they don’t have enough meat and I would have to wait almost an hour for my order. If I had a huge order I might understand but each time it’s been food for 4 people. A couple of dinner plates and some tamales a la carte. On top of that they are rude and seem to be put out that I am ordering food. Did I also mention this was around 5: 30 pm? How can a restaurant be out of meat before the dinner rush has even started? I have never had this poor of service at any other Rosa’s location. Only the Temple location. It’s very disappointing because Rosa’s has a good reputation and the Temple location is quickly ruining it.

They got the best tortilla and salsa in town! I always get the crispy taco either with chicken or beef! Their salsa bar is loaded with different kinds of salsa and other condiments that will definitely add more spice in your food.

Always always great experience here. Made a fairly good sized order through the drive through and we were told there would be a wait. Ok no problem so we were going to get a soda to sip on while we waited and they gave it to us which was kind. When they brought the order out they also included a gift card for another visit and a fresh soda as well. All our food was fresh and piping hot, which in itself makes it worth the wait.

Full disclosure we arrived around 1030 pm on a Friday night with a large group after a HS football game and they closed in 30 minutes. Having said that the restaurant already shut down the Tortillas maker along with sopapillas. When we ordered the full menu was not available. We did not receive our food until 11pm and were asked shortly thereafter to leave because they needed to clean the restaurant. In my opinion you should have the full menu available until closing. If you need to stay longer to clean then management should have no problem paying the additional wages since the restaurant took in sales to substantiate the additional work.

If felt as if we we mre charged full price for poor service and rushed food that was less than average.

Not sure we will return to Rosa's again.

The food is okay for fast food. The menu prices themselves are average, but the food is below avg. The total bills are less, when you consider the "no tipping" policy. I do recommend Rosa's for fast Mexican food dining inside, but with the serious caution that even their simplest meal has at least double the US maximum daily recommended amount of sodium. (meaning not healthy for people who have high blood pressure) The refried beens always seem to be a thin and watered down compared to other Mexican restaurants. The enchiladas are also thin having less than half the filling of many other restaurants. On the plus side, there's always plenty of parking. Inside there's a decent condiments bar. Very spacious dining room, great for groups of workers, family reunions, and large family's. Nice atmosphere. Never a wait for a table. You pick up your food when they call your number, usually within a minute or two after you've placed your order. And the tortillas are fresh!

This was my first time here. On the way home from a long drive. 8pm. Hungry.
Now the lady at the front taking orders you need to know your menu better.
But the food and salsa were some of the best west of temple.
The only food complaint I have is on the sopapillas.
They were very undercooked. Almost mushy at times and when asked the first time to just let them cook longer the guy argued!
You don't argue with a customer? ! Just cook them longer.

This used to be one of my favorites but since moving to temple a few months ago and eating here regularly my family is just about done with Rosa's. The cheese is never melted in the cheese enchiladas anymore, the refried beans are so runny they should really be called bean soup. Definitely watered down to strech them out.always. Are beans that expensive? Are we having a national bean shortage? The inside staff always ring me up wrong. They also literally everytime when I order a pint size salsa, they try to give me a half pint. I should note this only happens with dine in.drive through staff is always on point and FAST. Time to find a new place I guess.

Rosa's Café features delicious Tex-Mex food and drinks served promptly! If you have never tried green chile stew, this is a great place to try the stew. The Three Amigos enchiladas are also very good.

Food is almost always amazing a few mess ups here and there from staff making our food but still the food is amazing could be a bit less greedy with the meat for the price 3oz isn't much at all! Should put a little more in there will definitely pick up business a LoT more if so
